DATA: Majority of Americans, Plurality of 2020 Biden Voters Back Using 25th Amendment to Remove Him.

A new survey indicates that a majority of voters believe government officials should invoke the 25th Amendment to declare that Joe Biden is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office” and remove him from power. Among voters who supported the 81-year-old in the 2020 election, 41 percent say they support the use of the 25th Amendment, against just 34 percent who say they oppose the move.

Redfield & Wilton Strategies’ poll of 1,500 eligible voters found that 51 percent of respondents either “support” or “strongly support” Biden‘s removal from the White House due to his visible cognitive decline. The 25th Amendment addresses instances of presidential disability and succession—providing for the removal of the President if the Vice President and a majority of cabinet officers submit a “written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.”

If he were removed, the 81-year-old Democrat would be replaced by Vice President Kamala Harris. Some Democratic lawmakers have pointed to polls that show Harris being more competitive against former President Donald J. Trump in the 2024 presidential election than Biden. However, Harris still trails Trump, hampered by her high negative favorability ratings.

The removal of Biden through the 25th Amendment would be unprecedented. No sitting chief executive of the United States has ever been removed from the White House through this constitutional mechanism. For now, however, most of Joe Biden’s cabinet and Kamala Harris say they oppose using the constitutional provision to remove Biden and are instead sticking with the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent.

Nevada’s Latino Voters Sour on Biden and Harris as State Slides Towards Trump.

Nevada’s Latino voters comprise nearly 20 percent of the crucial swing state’s electorate, making them an essential demographic for any presidential campaign wanting to win the state this November. For Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, however, concerns over the economy, illegal immigration, inflation, and Biden’s health have seen their support among the state’s Latino voters plummet.

Speaking with The Washington Post, Nevada‘s Latino and Hispanic voters aired their frustrations with Biden and the Democratic Party. They expressed frustration with the cost of everyday goods, job competition with illegal immigrants, public safety, and disillusionment that Biden will fulfill his campaign promises.

“I’m an immigrant, and I see that Democrats have been promising us immigration reform for years, and at the end of the day, we’re being ignored,” David Mungia, who works at a Nevada hospital, said in an interview. He added: “I want someone to earn my vote. Right now, I think Trump could offer us more than Biden.”

While some Democrats are looking to replace Biden with Harris at the top of the presidential ticket following the incumbent’s disastrous June 27 debate performance, she also struggles to appeal to Nevada’s Latinos. “I support us girls, and I would love to see a woman run the country, but I don’t think it’s gonna happen,” said Isabella Bello, a 21-year-old nursing student who revealed she’s voting for former President Donald J. Trump.

“She’s been on [Biden’s] side all this time and nothing was done on her side either as vice president. I think people want change for our country, and she isn’t that,” Bello added.

Recent polling has shown nearly two-thirds of Latinos support Trump’s plan to deport illegal aliens. Meanwhile, data shows that Latino and Hispanic voters overwhelmingly disapprove of Biden‘s handling of the U.S. border crisis.

DATA: Biden’s Debate Disaster Continues, Trump Now LEADS With Independents.

New election data shows independent voters breaking for former President Donald J. Trump after the 81-year-old incumbent Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance on June 27—and the subsequent calls by leading Democrats that he drop out of the 2024 presidential race. The polling by Emerson College shows Trump leading among independents with 42 percent of the vote, compared to Biden’s 38 percent. This is an inversion from last month when Biden led 43 percent to Trump’s 41 percent.

In addition, Biden‘s impaired debate performance appears to be dampening Democrat enthusiasm ahead of November’s election. Nearly 80 percent of Republican respondents said they were extremely motivated to vote. Meanwhile, just 65 percent of Democrats and 63 percent of independent voters said the same.

The Emerson poll is one of the most stark data points showing the impact that Biden‘s public display of cognitive impairment has had on his campaign. In the wake of the June 27 debate, several leading Democratic lawmakers have pushed for Biden to step aside, ostensibly making Kamala Harris the nominee. However, the data shows former President Trump handily defeating Harris with 49 percent of the vote to the Vice President’s 43 percent.

In fact, should the Democrats force Biden out of the race, none of his potential replacements fare as well as the octogenarian Democrat, who currently trails Trump by three points. Trump would defeat Hillary Clinton in a rematch 48 percent to 41 percent. Meanwhile, Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) only musters 40 percent to Trump’s 48 percent. Likewise, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer— floated among top Democrats as their preferred choice to replace Biden—would go down in defeat to Trump by a 10-point margin.

Biden Declares He Is ‘Proud to Be the First Black Woman to Serve with a Black President.’

In his latest embarrassing gaffe, Joe Biden told a radio interviewer he is “proud to be, as I said, the first vice president, first black woman, to serve with a black president.” The stumble comes amid mounting pressure from previously Biden-friendly corporate media to force him to step aside as the Democratic candidate for November.

As Vice President, the 81-year-old served under Barack Obama, a biracial man with a white mother and a black African father. As President, he appointed Kamala Harris as the first biracial vice president, with an Indian mother and a black Caribbean father. Biden himself is a white man of English and Irish heritage.

The incident comes as The Economist magazine runs a cover story showing the presidential seal affixed to a Zimmer frame walker, saying Biden appeared as a “befuddled old man” in his disastrous debate with Donald Trump.

The Atlantic lamented Biden’s “repeated freeze-ups” during the debate, “his mouth hanging agape, his vacant stare into the middle distance, and, above all, his frequent inability to present a coherent thought.”

Some have gone as far as to suggest the Biden campaign should use artificial intelligence (AI) deepfakes of the Democrat incumbent to make him appear less mentally and physically feeble. The Huffington Post ran an article arguing that “AI-enhanced videos could ensure that the public does not make decisions about the future of our democracy based on an inconveniently timed cough, stray stutter, or healthy but hobbled walk.”

WATCH: Trump Trashes Biden as ‘Old Broken Down Pile of Crap,’ VP Harris as ‘So F***ing Bad.’

Video has leaked of former president Donald J. Trump trashing Joe Biden as an “old broken down pile of crap,” saying he is already “out of the race” after being crushed in last week’s presidential debate.

“I got him out of there,” Trump tells supporters while sitting in a golf cart. “And that means we have Kamala [Harris],” he said, predicting she would be “better” for his reelection prospects.

“She’s so bad. She’s so pathetic. She’s just so f***ing bad,” he says.

“Can you imagine [Biden] dealing with Putin and the President of China, who’s a fierce person? He’s a fierce man, very tough guy,” he adds.

The Biden-Harris campaign seized on these remarks, sharing them on social media—with Trump’s assessment of Biden as an “old broken down pile of crap” and Harris as “pathetic” carefully edited out—and claiming he was “praising” the Russian and Chinese leaders.

In fact, Trump was clearly stressing that Biden is incapable of outmaneuvering them as U.S. adversaries due to his impaired mental state.

Trump shared the video, which shows him handing money to the people he is speaking to, on Truth Social, with the caption “NO TAX ON TIPS!”

The former president has pledged to abolish taxes on gratuities to help service workers.

What Did Kamala Harris Know Regarding Joe Biden’s Cognitive Decline, And When Did She Know It?

The potential that Joe Biden could end his 2024 presidential re-election bid—and even resign from office—due to his declining cognitive state is raising new concerns regarding when senior White House aides and Vice President Kamala Harris became aware of his health issues. Lawmakers on Capitol Hill say they intend to investigate if senior staff and Harris lied to the American people regarding the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent’s diminished mental capacity.

This past February, Harris slammed Department of Justice (DOJ) special counsel Robert Hur’s report noting Biden’s cognitive struggles. “As a former prosecutor, the comments that were made by that prosecutor: gratuitous, inaccurate and inappropriate,” she said, adding: “The way that the president’s demeanor in that report was characterized could not be more wrong on the facts, and clearly politically motivated, gratuitous.”

WHEN DID HARRIS KNOW?

The National Pulse analyzed Biden‘s public schedule to determine how often he and Harris met during their tenure. This gives some indication of the extent to which the Vice President would have been able to observe Biden’s mental decline. According to the public schedule, Harris has attended meetings and events with Joe Biden 417 times since February 2021.

Throughout their first year in office, Biden and Harris met 200 times, averaging 17 monthly meetings. In 2022, that number declined to 96 meetings, with an average of eight per month. Last year, the two had a similar number of meetings, with the total sitting at 92. However, according to the public schedule, the number of times Biden and Harris have met has plummeted throughout the first half of 2024. On average, they’ve held just five meetings together each month.

The number of interactions between the two implies it is implausible that Harris was not aware of Biden‘s diminished cognitive state. In addition, the sudden decline in the number of monthly meetings—beginning in June 2023—suggests that Biden’s health may have drastically declined around the same time.

ICYMI: Tucker Warns Biden Is ‘Done,’ America in ‘Legitimate Danger’ if Panicking Dems Jail Trump.

Tucker Carlson has declared Joe Biden is “done” after his disastrous debate against Donald Trump, as “Too many prominent Democrats have suggested he’s brain damaged.”

“They can’t walk that back. They have to remove him, and they will,” said the former Fox News host.

“The only question is when. If they’re smart, they’ll do it immediately. If Kamala’s going to be the nominee, she might as well be the president first,” Carlson continued. “That leaves the question of Trump, and his sentencing on July 11. Biden’s collapse makes this a much more perilous moment than it was. At this point Trump is not just the Republican candidate, but effectively the presumptive president,” he suggested.

“If you’re going to put him in jail, it had better be for a very serious crime that everyone agrees he committed. Otherwise you risk destroying the system completely and forever. We’re in legitimate danger,” he warned, adding, “Democrats need to pull back.”

Flaws in the Democrat-led Justice Department’s handling of a classified documents case against Trump, the recent Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity, and the collapse of Democrat District Attorney Fani Willis‘s RICO case against Trump in Georgia mean he is unlikely to be tried for anything beyond Alvin Bragg’s Manhattan case before the election.

The Manhattan conviction is highly dubious and some legal analysts predict it will be reversed on appeal. Still, it could result in significant prison time if compromised Biden donor judge Juan Merchan chooses to be vindictive.

However, the Manhattan sentencing date Carlson references has already been pushed back to September. This follows Supreme Court rulings that have thrown the conviction into jeopardy.

DATA: Trump Annihilates Gavin Newsom in Hypothetical 2024 Match-Up.

New data shows former President Donald J. Trump handily defeated Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) in a hypothetical 2024 presidential contest. Newsom has repeatedly been floated as a potential candidate should the 81-year-old Democratic incumbent Joe Biden need to be replaced as the Democratic presidential nominee.

According to the survey by Rasmussen Reports, Trump leads a national contest with 50 percent of the vote compared to Newsom‘s 38 percent. Additionally, the California governor only registers a 35 percent approval rating—with 45 percent of respondents saying they hold an unfavorable view of Newsom. Former President Trump leads the California Democrat across several key voter demographics, capturing 44 percent of female voters to Newsom’s 43 percent. Additionally, Trump leads with 56 percent of male voters, with Newsom at just 33 percent. Among Hispanics, Trump leads with 53 percent of the vote to Newsom’s 30 percent.

The National Pulse reported last week that there is a potential plot to replace Biden should he falter during the first presidential debate on Thursday. Biden’s cognitive and physical health has increasingly become a concern among voters and Democratic Party insiders, as the octogenarian has been frequently caught on camera appearing disoriented and confused during public events.

While Gov. Newsom has positioned himself as an influential figure in the national Democratic Party, his path to the 2024 presidential nomination is not just contingent on party leaders turning on Biden. To capture the nomination, Newsom must outmaneuver his fellow Californian, Vice President Kamala Harris.

Harris holds sway over a critical block of Democrat voters, including white and black women. Some Democratic Party insiders fear pushing Harris aside—despite her deep unpopularity—could fatally wound the campaign of any other Biden replacement.

Is There Really A Democrat Plot to Replace Joe Biden?

The upcoming June 27th presidential debate—hosted by CNN—could be a make-or-break moment for the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent Joe Biden. Reporting by the Daily Mail reveals that should Biden falter during the square-off with former President Donald J. Trump, Democratic Party leaders could move to push him off the 2024 ticket.

David Axelrod, a Democratic strategist, indicated that the debate is meant to demonstrate Biden‘s readiness to remain in the race. Former Clinton advisor Mark Penn noted that this debate might be Biden’s final opportunity to reassure voters of his capability. If Biden falters in this debate or if his polling numbers continue to plummet, it could prompt key Democratic figures—potentially Obama, Bill Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer—to persuade him to step aside. Some party insiders suggest a unified front would be necessary to navigate such a significant change.

LOST AND DISORIENTED.

Questions regarding Biden’s potential withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race have intensified following several recent public incidents where the 81-year-old appeared disoriented. At a Saturday fundraiser in Los Angeles, former President Barack Obama was seen assisting the Democrat incumbent off the stage, further stoking speculation about the President’s health and fitness to serve another term. This followed an episode at the White House on Monday, where Biden appeared motionless for nearly a minute during a Juneteenth celebration, prompting onlookers’ concern, including Philonise Floyd, who appeared to intervene and check on the octogenarian Democrat.

Pollster Nate Silver has publicly fretted over Biden‘s struggling campaign and advanced age. In a recent social media post, Silver underscored Biden’s declining approval ratings—which have dipped to 37.4 percent in recent days. Silver emphasized that for many voters, Biden’s age has become a significant issue, stating that it’s “an extremely understandable concern” given that Biden would be 86 by the end of a potential second term. Prominent voices within the Democratic Party, like James Carville, have openly stated that Biden should not run for re-election.

NO GUARANTEE.

Nonetheless, the process of replacing a sitting candidate remains fraught with risk and complexity. Political commentators like Joe Klein have proposed that a dynamic new candidate could potentially galvanize the party with a powerful convention speech. However, Biden’s persistent candidacy and his reluctance to step down could complicate these efforts.

The Biden campaign has decided to conduct an online nomination with a “virtual roll call” ahead of the Democratic National Convention in August to maintain control over the process. If Biden were to step aside, the consensus among Democratic strategists is that his replacement would not automatically be Vice President Kamala Harris due to various political considerations.

Biden Says Trump Shouldn’t Be President ‘Whether or Not I’m Running.’

Joe Biden told donors at a Connecticut fundraiser that Donald Trump “does not deserve to be president whether or not I’m running.” The 81-year-old, who has the worst approval rating of any U.S. President of the post-war era at this stage in his presidency, resisted calls to step aside in favor of Vice President Kamala Harris, California Governor Gavin Newsom, or another younger Democrat this election, but his remarks will raise speculation that a last-minute change could still take place at the Democratic National Convention in August.

Speaking to The National Pulse Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam in September, Donald Trump said he suspected Biden might not “get to the starting gate” in this year’s elections.

“I don’t think that Kamala gets it handed [to her],” Trump said, predicting “all of a sudden everybody would start jumping in.” The former president said Newsom would “probably” win the fight and that he did not see Michelle Obama entering the fray.

The situation in the Democratic Party has moved on since then, with Newsom abandoning his shadow campaign for the nomination and Biden winning the party primaries. His only serious competition was a “vote uncommitted” movement prompted by his position on Gaza. Nevertheless, Biden’s nomination will not be official until the Democrats’ convention.

However, swapping the 81-year-old with a new candidate less plagued by corruption allegations and cognitive decline may only worsen the Democrats’ position. Polling from February shows Trump defeating Biden by five points in the critical swing state of Pennsylvania, with increased leads of nine points over Harris and 15 points over Newsom.
