NHS Trust Nurses Transgender

Nurses Sue Over Having to Share Changing Room with Trans Colleague.

A group of 26 female nurses from a UK National Health Service (NHS) Trust have initiated legal action, claiming they were compelled to share a women’s changing room with a transgender colleague. According to the nurses, the transgender nurse showed a particular interest in female staff members while they were undressing.

The formal complaint includes allegations that the transgender nurse, who had recently admitted to attempting to conceive with a female partner and had ceased taking female hormones, was described as “sexually active.” The situation prompted significant concern among the female staff.

In response to their grievances, the nurses reported that a human resources manager at the hospital advised them to “be more inclusive,” “broaden their mindset,” and “be educated and attend training.”

This incident follows a recent proposal aimed at banning transgender women from being placed in single-sex female NHS wards. Under the proposed changes, individuals whose gender identity differs from their biological sex could be assigned to single rooms where appropriate. Additionally, patients would be entitled to request that intimate care be delivered by a person of the same biological sex.

A spokesperson for the NHS Trust, speaking to the Daily Mail, emphasized their commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment for all employees. They stated, “We recognize that this is a hugely sensitive issue, and we are working to adhere to legal requirements and best practices while respecting the rights and dignity of all individuals. As our internal processes continue, it would not be appropriate to comment in any further detail at this stage.”

One of the nurses told the Daily Mail, “We don’t feel safe because we strip down to our underwear and [the individual] doesn’t just stay by his locker. He walks around the changing room in his boxer shorts.”

Trans Lunatic Laughed As He Stabbed Teen Girls.

A man reportedly laughed as he stabbed four young girls at a Massachusetts movie theater over the weekend. The man reportedly uses female pronouns and supports former president Barack Obama.

The details: On Saturday evening, 26-year-old Jared Ravizza entered an AMC movie theater in Braintree, Massachusetts, wearing a blonde wig and stabbed four girls, aged 9 to 17, unprovoked while “laughing the whole time” according to the mother of three of the girls.

  • Ravizza then fled in a black SUV to a nearby McDonalds, where he stabbed two employees, one in the drive-thru window and a second inside the restaurant.
  • Police caught up with him, and a car chase ensued, ending with Ravizza crashing his car and being arrested.

Transgender? Mainstream media outlets have omitted mention of the stabber’s “gender identity,” but, as reported by The Post Millennial, on Ravizza’s Instagram account, he used “she” pronouns to identify himself.

Obama supporter: According to Rivizza’s Instagram page, which has over 218,000 followers, he was a supporter of former President Obama. In a post from March 29, he posted a photo of the former president’s 2008 “HOPE” campaign poster with a heart emoji in the caption.

Big picture: This is the latest in an unrelenting stream of violent and often deadly crimes committed by people who identify as transgender. The highest-profile crime occurred last year when a transgender shooter targeted a Christian school in Nashville, killing three children and three adults.

‘Women’s Rights Group’ Betrays Female Athletes in Shocking Move.

The National Women’s Law Center (NWLC) has filed a petition in a federal court in Georgia, seeking to intervene as a defendant in the case brought by 16 female college athletes against the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The case, Gaines, et al. v. NCAA, et al., involves significant controversy over the eligibility of transgender athletes to compete in women’s college sports.

The NWLC’s filing, dated May 6, claims that they are uniquely positioned to defend the contested policies. The organization asserts that existing parties in the case cannot adequately represent the interests of transgender athletes. “Whereas none of the existing parties to this case can adequately defend the claims at issue in this suit, NWLC can,” the filing states.

Riley Gaines, a University of Kentucky swimmer and lead plaintiff in the case, has publicly rebuked the NWLC’s position. Gaines argues that the integrity of women’s sports is at risk, emphasizing the physiological differences between male and female athletes that cannot be negated through gender identity alone.

The NWLC has previously faced similar disputes. During a congressional hearing on Title IX and protecting female athletics, NWLC President Fatima Goss Graves suggested that female athletes should learn to “lose gracefully” to make room for transgender competitors.

However, public opinion appears largely against the NWLC’s stance. Many Americans, including parents and former athletes, worry about the implications of male athletes competing in women’s sports. They argue that such policies could unfairly advantage trans-identifying men over their biologically female counterparts.

During a recent appearance on Fox News, liberal commentator Bill Maher criticized the left for its doctrinaire embrace of transgenderism, calling it “a TikTok challenge that got out of hand.”

Like Many Americans, Justice Alito Divested from Bud Light. Now Big Trans Is Big Mad.

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito is being pestered by the Big Trans lobby for appearing to exercise his rights to sell between $1,000 and $15,000 worth of Anheuser-Busch stock in the wake of the conservative boycott of Bud Light. The move followed Dylan Mulvaney, a transgender activist fêted by Joe Biden, fronting an advertising campaign for the beer brand. At the same time, Alito is also said to have purchased stock from rival brewers Molson Coors.

Chris Geidner, former editor-in-chief of the Ohio State Law Journal, has demanded Justice Alito provide “an explanation for why he made those transactions on that date, specifically whether it was part of a heavily publicized anti-trans boycott” on his ‘Law Dork’ blog.

Geidner argues Alito “regularly shows signs of how enmeshed he is within the far-right political fights of the day” and strives “to make himself a part of the far-right political grievance factory.” He suggests Alito should recuse himself from any Supreme Court cases related to transgenderism, particularly those pertaining to bans on children being subjected to gender-bending genital mutilation surgeries and drug and hormone treatments.

Gabe Roth of the dark money-fueled and scandalridden Fix the Court group concurred, arguing it is “possible the sale was innocuous,” but Alito has “lost the benefit of the doubt in my view.”

DOUBLE STANDARDS.

Liberal law commentators like Geidner and Roth have appeared less concerned about apparent conflicts of interest involving judges overseeing court cases against Donald Trump.

Arthur Engoron, overseeing New York Attorney General Letitia James’s civil lawsuit against Trump and his business empire, refused to recuse himself despite his “co-judge” law clerk’s ties to James and the Democrats more broadly.

Juan Merchan, overseeing Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg‘s election interference prosecution of Trump, has refused to recuse himself despite his daughter Loren calling for the former president’s imprisonment and being financially entangled with Democratic prosecutors and politicians.

Both judges used gag orders to stop Trump from talking about these conflicts.

OBEY THE GAY: Parents Can’t Opt Children Out of LGBTQ Lessons, Federal Judges Rule.

A federal court is upholding a Maryland district policy barring parents of young K-5 children from opting them out of lessons on gender identity and sexuality. The mandate, implemented by the Montgomery County Public Schools board in March 2023, was upheld by a 2-1 panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Christian, Jewish, and Muslim parents argued through their representatives from the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty that the new policy infringed upon their rights to direct their children’s education and freely practice their faith. They highlighted books involved in the LGBTQ curriculum such as The Pride Puppy, Uncle Bobby’s Wedding, and Born Ready: The True Story of a Boy Named Penelope, which were argued to be unsuitable for young children.

The parents also took issue with how staff were directed to handle questions or concerns about the LGBTQ content in the curriculum. Teachers’ guidance suggests that, for example, if a student says “a girl… can only like boys because she’s a girl,” a teacher can “[d]isrupt the either/or thinking by saying something like: actually, people of any gender can like whoever they like.”

Judge A. Marvin Quattlebaum, Jr., dissenting against the two judges who upheld the opt-out ban, said the school board was forcing parents to compromise their religious beliefs or forego a public education for their children, infringing their constitutional rights.

“I also find that the board’s actions, at least under this record, were neither neutral nor generally applicable,” he said.

The parents’ representatives say they intend to appeal to the Supreme Court, which is mainly comprised of conservative justices thanks to Donald Trump.

South American Country Classifies Transgenders as Mentally Ill.

The Peruvian government has passed a resolution categorizing transgender, nonbinary, and intersex individuals as “mentally ill.” This policy decision, meant to ensure comprehensive mental health services for the transgender community, has been met with criticism, notably from LGBTQ+ advocacy groups.

Peru’s Health Ministry, defending the move, stated that the language in the Essential Health Insurance Plan would be modified to indicate that transgenders have a mental disorder. The Ministry maintained that despite the modified classification, the LGBTQ+ community will not be subjected to mandatory conversion therapies.

The decree was officially signed by President Dina Boluarte last week. The decision marks a significant shift in governmental policy, and reactions have been mixed.

The policy change has not gone down well with LGBTQ+ groups nationwide. Opponents, such as Jheinser Pacaya, director of OutfestPeru, consider this a substantial setback in the ongoing struggle for LGBTQ+ rights and safety. Pacaya expressed his disapproval on social media, vowing not to rest until the decree is abolished.

However, despite the outcry from the global LGBTQ+ community, transgenderism — or gender dysphoria (GD) — is a mental illness and is still technically classified as such in the United States. The condition was previously recognized in psychiatry and psychology as gender identity disorder (GID).

GD replaced GID as the preferred term in 2013 with the publication of an updated Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. The term “mental illness,” according to the American Psychiatric Association, “refers collectively to all diagnosable mental disorders.”

West Virginia Town May Get Transgender Mayor.

The Associated Press is pushing the mayoral campaign of Wheeling City Council member Rosemary Ketchum, the first openly transgender public official in West Virginia. While the press agency presents Ketchum as a nonpartisan figure focused on paving roads and other brass tacks local issues, he has a history of trashing Donald Trump on social media and executing far-left stunts in office.

The AP claims Ketchum’s focus is “address[ing] the community’s concerns, ranging from accessible public transit to support for small businesses,” and jabs at “GOP lawmakers’ focus on books bans and bathroom access.”

It concedes in passing that the City Council during Ketchum’s tenure declared racism a “public health crisis” in the midst of the Chinese coronavirus pandemic, however, and symbolically banned “conversion therapy” of homosexual and transgender persons.

As for Ketchum’s claimed rapport with Trump voters and people “uncomfortable” with “gender nonconformity,” the official has an extensive history of attacking Donald Trump and his supporters online.

Ketchum, who was transitioned as a minor, supported Trump’s impeachment, branded his administration “hateful, vicious, and dangerous,” and claimed his supporters lack “critical thinking skills, self-awareness, and empathy.” He also attacked First Lady Melania Trump as a “complicit, lying, birther” and pushed the hoax story alleging the former president called America’s First World War dead “losers.”

After then-President Trump excluded transgenders from the military in 2018, Ketchum penned an article demanding he be allowed to serve. However, two years later, believing war was a real possibility, he posted on social media celebrating the fact he could not be conscripted, with the hashtag #NoDraftPlease.

‘Trans’ Sex Offender Attempted Kidnapping at Elementary School.

Solomon Galligan, a 33-year-old transgender registered sex offender, was recently apprehended by authorities after allegedly attempting a child abduction at Black Forest Hills Elementary School in Aurora, Colorado.

The act was caught on the school’s surveillance video, where Galligan is seen approaching a group of students who reportedly scattered and began screaming “stranger danger” as Galligan allegedly tried to restrain one of the children. Reports note that Galligan was identified as male in his arrest affidavit. Galligan publicly shared his transition journey on social media in 2011.

“So im starting my hormone shots and i relly cant wait im on my hormone pills ive been on them for almost 4 months i wake up all depressed and crying but in the end its gonna be totally worth it you know what io mean im really excited my measurements are already changing and im super thrilled,” Galligan wrote.

The same year he announced his transition, Galligan was convicted of non-consensual sexual contact. Details surrounding the unsolicited sexual contact incident in 2011 remain undisclosed. Currently held at an Aurora jail, Galligan faces legal proceedings on Thursday, with bail set at $25,000.

The attempted kidnapping is the latest high-profile incident of a transgender individual being linked to crimes against children. Earlier this month, a man claiming to be a transgender ‘vampire‘ was convicted of the sexual assault of a 16-year-old. In March, Doritos was forced to drop a transgender ‘brand ambassador’ after it emerged he had a history of posting pedophilic content online.

UK Taxpayers

Taxpayers Fund ‘Research’ on ‘Transphobia’ in Archaeology, Whiteness, and Gay Porn.

Taxpayers are funding researchers to produce extremist left-wing ‘academic’ work, including anti-“whiteness” projects and papers claiming archaeology is transphobic and proposals to reinvent the field as “fully transgender inclusive.”

One researcher at the University of York created a presentation titled Bones Don’t Care About Your Feelings: Challenging Transphobic Invocations of Archaeology in (Social) Media. He is receiving a stipend of £18,622 a year (~$23,205) from the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), a government body funded by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology.

Another UKRI-funded research project focused on archaeology and transgenderism seeks to “establish a framework for a fully transgender inclusive archaeology that tackles normative interpretations of the past and supports the transgender community in a period of heightened attacks in the present.” Its abstract pledges to build on “queer theories of gender” and “reframe archaeology as a safe, inclusive space.”

UKRI has been exposed as funding a variety of woke research projects of questionable value in recent days. Several anti-“whiteness” projects are being funded, including one titled The unbearable whiteness of class: towards an intersectional reading of poverty discourses in Brexit Britain, and another titled Bordering on whiteness: Exploring the racialised subjectivities of Italian women in post-Brexit London.

Some projects focus on sexual deviance rather than race, such as ‘Playing’ with Gay Sex: Exploring Sexual Play in Queer Pornographic Video Games Through Sexual Scripting and The Europe that Gay Porn Built — which received an astonishing £841,830 (~$1,048,330) in taxpayer funding.

A spokesman for UKRI insisted the government body “invests in a diverse research and innovation portfolio” after “a rigorous peer review process by relevant independent experts from across academia and business.”

Supreme Court Allows Idaho to Suspend Child Sex Changes While Appeals Against State Ban Are Ongoing.

The United States Supreme Court has ruled that Idaho can enforce its ban on sex changes for minors while an appeal is pending. The court’s directive was issued in response to an emergency request from the Gem State.

Two teenage plaintiffs have challenged the law. The Supreme Court ruled they, specifically, are to be exempt from its implementation while their appeals are ongoing, but it can be enforced across the state more generally.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), representing the plaintiffs, described the ruling as an “awful result for transgender youth and their families across the state,” claiming it “allows the state to shut down the care that thousands of families rely on while sowing further confusion and disruption.”

The Idaho law outlaws mutilating surgeries and the administration of puberty blockers, hormones, and other medical therapies to minors.

The evidence such therapies are an effective treatment for “gender dysphoria” is extremely thin, however, with England among several jurisdictions that have now banned the routing prescription of puberty blockers to children.

Evidence is emerging that such treatments have dangerous and often irreversible side effects, however, and that most gender-confused children grow out of their delusions naturally.
