Sam Brinton – the “non binary” former Biden government official ousted after being exposed by The National Pulse – has been arrested as a “fugitive from justice”.
Brinton, an LGBTQ+ activist and drag queen who served at the Department of Energy’s Office of Nuclear Energy, went by the alter ego “Sister Ray Dee O’Active”. He was exposed by The National Pulse for, among other things, defending the website rentboy.com, which was shut down in August 2015 after a raid related to underage prostitution.

The Mail reports: “Brinton was arrested at approximately 10 p.m. last night in [his] home on College Parkway. [He is] being held in the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit on a no-bond status as they await an extradition hearing.”
A neighbor also reportedly told The Daily Wire website that “four unmarked police showed up last night, they would not let his spouse Kevin leave. After about an hour Sam Brinton was escorted out in handcuffs.”
Brinton lost his job after his habit of stealing women’s clothing from airport luggage carousels during work trips was revealed, and reports indicate he has now been arrested at his home in Maryland.
The National Pulse was able to discover that, during his time as a Biden official, Brinton was among the top one per cent of federal employees in terms of his salary. He also enjoyed top level “Q clearance”, giving him access to classified information “which reasonably could be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security” if it was leaked.
Sam Brinton is or at least was a member of the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence drag queen society, which has declared Dr. Anthony Fauci – a.k.a. “Daddy Fauci” – a “saint”.

Judge Van Tatenhove’s 22-page decision noted that states can extend certain benefits to illegal immigrants but must do so through laws passed by legislatures, not through agency-based regulations. On Thursday, the coalition of activist groups sued over the President’s latest executive order, signed on Tuesday, which instructs the federal government to compile a national list of citizens eligible to vote, strengthening election integrity. The groups hope to overturn these reforms via the courts.
Organizations preparing for lawfare against the President include national and Massachusetts chapters of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), the Brennan Center for Justice, the League of Women Voters, as well as Asian American Advancing Justice (AAJC) and the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.

The Trump administration on Thursday moved to list, for the first time, microplastics and pharmaceuticals under the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) draft list of contaminants impacting the nation’s drinking water. In announcing the decision, the EPA billed the inclusion of microplastics and pharmaceuticals as a “historic step” for the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) agenda, which aims to address toxic chemicals and plastic pollution in the environment that negatively impact human health.
“One analysis estimates that the average person ingests tens of thousands microplastic particles each year through food, water, and air. Another study reports concentrations in the brain equivalent by mass to roughly a spoonful of plastic in every human brain,” noted Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
“For too long, Americans have vocalized concerns about plastics and pharmaceuticals in their drinking water. That ends today,” concurred EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said in a statement.
Under the Safe Drinking Water Act, the EPA is required to update its Contaminant Candidate List every five years. The draft list now includes microplastics, pharmaceuticals, and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), among other chemicals.
The inclusion of these contaminants provides local regulators with tools to evaluate risks and lays the groundwork for further research and regulatory action, although it does not guarantee immediate action.
The National Pulse reported in February last year that researchers from the University of New Mexico identified microplastics in human brain tissue, with concentrations far exceeding those in other organs. The study reveals a 50 percent increase in brain microplastics over the past eight years. Notably, other studies have found that micro- and nanoplastic particles are more concentrated in the placentae of infants born prematurely than in those delivered at term, suggesting that plastic accumulation in the placenta may be linked to the risk of preterm birth.

The CSA survey found that political leftists overwhelmingly reject the idea that the country has fostered a culture of anti-white discrimination, with 64 percent of voters who affiliate with far-left La France Insoumise (France Unbowed) saying it is not a problem, and 72 percent of Green Party voters denying that anti-white racism exists.
However, on France’s center-left, 52 percent of respondents affiliated with President Emmanuel Macron‘s Renaissance party say anti-white racism exists. Likewise, 51 percent of Socialist Party voters acknowledge that discrimination against whites in France does occur.
Respondents who identify with France’s political right overwhelmingly say they believe anti-white racism is a problem in the country. Eighty-one percent of those affiliated with Les Républicains, a center-right party, say discrimination against white people is a problem, while 91 percent of respondents who support Marine Le Pen’s National Rally party believe anti-white racism exists in France.

President Donald J. Trump reportedly dismissed Attorney General Pam Bondi during a meeting in the Oval Office on Wednesday night, according to two sources familiar with the situation. Bondi is said to have been notified of her removal before Trump delivered a speech on the war in Iran on Wednesday.
One source said that by the time the President gave his address, Bondi had already been ousted and was heading back to Florida. The reported firing came on the same day she had accompanied Trump to the U.S. Supreme Court for oral arguments as the administration attempts to overturn birthright citizenship.
Reports indicate Trump is considering Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Director Lee Zeldin as Bondi’s replacement. Trump and Zeldin met on Tuesday to discuss the possible transition, although no final decision has been made.
The reported dismissal follows a New York Times article that said Trump had grown dissatisfied with Bondi’s performance and was preparing to replace her. The Colorado Court of Appeals has upheld the conviction of former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters, 70, who was found guilty of election interference for allowing unauthorized access to voting machines following the 2020 presidential election. However, the court also ordered a review of Peters’s nine-year prison sentence on First Amendment grounds.
Notably, the decision, announced on Thursday by the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, means there could be a significant reduction in Peters’s jail time. The former Mesa County Clerk was sentenced to nine years in prison in October 2024.
Governor Jared Polis (D-CO) has previously suggested that Peters‘ nine-year sentence might have been excessively harsh. Meanwhile, President Donald J. Trump has been advocating for the release of the 70-year-old Peters, having pardoned her late last year. However, presidential pardons do not apply to state charges, and the court rejected the Peters pardon this week.
