Shelter-in-Place Order Remains in Effect Indefinitely Following MASSIVE BioLab Fire.

State authorities have extended a shelter-in-place order indefinitely following a massive chemical fire at a BioLab facility in the town of Conyers in Rockdale County, Georgia. About 25 miles from downtown Atlanta, the BioLab facility initially caught fire early Sunday morning but was thought to be contained. By late Sunday afternoon, the fire had reignited, with a massive plume of smoke spewing dangerous chemicals into the air.

“In the best interest and safety of the public and all citizens, it is recommended that businesses close operations until shelter-in-place is lifted,” Rockdale County officials said in a statement.

The chemical fire has resulted in the evacuation of at least 17,000 people in the immediate area of the facility. According to air quality tests conducted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Georgia’s Environmental Protection Division, chlorine gas was detected in the smoke plume and the nearby air around the BioLab facility. The fire has resulted in the periodic closure of roads throughout Rockdale County as the wind has shifted the direction of the smoke plume, causing harmful irritants to spread across the area.

BioLab’s Conyers, Georgia chemical plant has a concerning record regarding fires. This is the third fire at the facility in seven years. The plant predominantly produces chemicals used in swimming pools and spas, which accounts for the high quantity of chlorine detected in the smoke and air. A small fire on the facility’s roof appears to have triggered a sprinkler system. Subsequently, the water from the fire sprinklers interacted with water-reactive chemicals, causing the fire to spread until it was brought under control around 4:00 PM yesterday.

Images of the fire are reminiscent of the plume of smoke seen after the derailment of a train carrying dangerous chemicals outside East Palestine, Ohio, in February 2023.

Machete-Wielding Syrian Migrant Arrested After Rampage Leaves 31 Injured.

A 41-year-old Syrian national has been apprehended following a series of violent incidents on Saturday evening. Local authorities in Essen, Germany, report that the man used a machete and a van to carry out attacks across the city, which resulted in injuries to 31 people, including several children. The condition of some of the injured, especially the children, remains critical.

The chaos commenced around 5:10 PM when the assailant, who was pictured carrying a Palestinian flag, set fire to a residential building at the intersection of Altenessener Strasse and Pielsticker Strasse. Following this, another building on Zollvereinstrasse was also set alight. Residents made desperate efforts to rescue individuals trapped in the burning structures, with some onlookers capturing poignant images of parents handing their children to rescuers. Official reports from the police indicated 29 injuries caused by the fires, while the fire department counted 31 total injuries.

After starting the fires, the attacker drove his van to Katernberger Strasse, where he rammed it into a greengrocer’s shop twice. Exiting the vehicle, he then threatened passers-by with a machete. People in the vicinity attempted to defend themselves by throwing objects at the assailant.

Police were quickly called to the scene and found the man in a shed near the greengrocer’s shop. He was cornered and, following a tense standoff during which officers warned him to lie down, subdued without further violence.

ESTRANGED WIFE WAS TARGET?

“This was all the work of a man who may not have been able to cope with the separation from his ex-wife. Many people were seriously injured, and apparently, he didn’t care about the damage his actions caused,” said CDU Interior Minister Herbert Reul of North Rhine-Westphalia following the attacks.

The National Pulse reported in August that one in 10 Syrians now live in Germany, with nearly half taking state welfare assistance.

Violent Crime EXPLODES in Europe’s ‘Shining Example’ of Mass Migration.

In 2023 alone, 195 shootings and 72 bombings have resulted in 30 deaths in the European Union (EU) member state of Sweden. Migration-background gangs are responsible for much of the criminal activity, with gang members from Sweden recently killed in Muslim-majority countries like Bosnia, Iraq, and Turkey, which have exported a significant number of their nationals to the Nordic country. The gang activity is escaping containment within Sweden’s borders, with neighboring countries like Norway and Denmark suffering from a spillover of Swedish gang activity.

The left media, as well as liberal politicians and parties in the Western world, have long attempted to portray Sweden as a “shining example” on the topic of mass migration. The reality, however, has become extremely dark.

“They would like to be this shining example: have a lot of refugees coming to Sweden, [and] have a good economy, and don’t have any right-wing, populist parties in parliament. But that just fell apart,” opined Patrik Öhberg, a professor of political science at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden.

In Norway, former Justice Minister Sylvi Listhaug warns that the country must avoid falling into “Swedish conditions,” referring to the growing gang violence. Norwegian police suspect that a bombing in Drøbak, near the capital of Oslo, is the work of Sweden-based gangs, now believed to operate in all 12 Norwegian police districts.

Danish authorities have also reported a rise in Sweden-based criminals crossing into their country. In early September, Danish authorities charged two Swedish teenagers with attempted murder. Danish police say organized crime gangs operating in both Sweden and Denmark recruited the teens. Danish Justice Minister Peter Hummelgaard expressed concern over the recruitment of young “child soldiers” to carry out attacks on Danish soil.

Swedish and Danish officials held emergency talks in August, with Swedish Justice Minister Gunnar Strömmer acknowledging the severity of the issue and promising more decisive action.

Sweden’s center-right government, backed by the populist Sweden Democrats (SD), is increasing penalties for gun crimes and introducing stop-and-search zones. It also plans to offer migrants $34,000 to return to their homelands.

Stricter asylum policies since populists gained influence in government saw migration figures turn negative this year, but this may have been a statistical trick. Many issues with social division and lack of integration remain endemic.

REPORT: FDA & U.S. Postal Service Linked to Black Market Abortion Pill Cartels.

Mexico-based drug cartels facilitating an increase in unauthorized, self-conducted abortions in the United States continue unimpeded partly due to insufficient regulation by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the United States Postal Service (USPS), according to a report by the American Life League (ALL).

Katie Brown, ALL’s national director, criticizes the FDA and USPS for failing to adequately regulate the distribution and screening of abortion-inducing drugs like Mifepristone and Misoprostol. “It’s clear that the FDA has dropped the ball on this. As the government agency charged with oversight of drugs coming into this country, they have failed. And where is the USPS? The post office is supposed to screen packages for illegal items, yet black-market abortion drugs are being mailed into every state,” she argues.

The report, titled Beneath the Surface: Exposing the Abortion Pill Drug Cartel, highlights the operations of Las Libres, a Mexico-based organization that advocates for universal abortion access. It promotes the distribution of abortion pills through online networks, reaching women and girls across the U.S., often sending the drugs via USPS.

RISKS.

ALL emphasizes that these pills frequently come from unregulated sources, heightening the risks of additional harmful substances being present. The report warns that the current situation enables traffickers to exploit women by providing these pills without proper oversight.

The Las Libres website prominently features a direct link to access abortion pills, advising visitors to use encrypted email services to request the drugs. The organization claims that these pills are safer than many over-the-counter medications and encourages women to mislead medical professionals regarding their use in case of complications.

Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris recently claimed a “Trump Abortion Ban” caused the death of Amber Thurman, a Georgia woman who wanted to abort her unborn twin babies. However, it was an abortion that caused her death, with Mifepristone pills killing her babies but causing a sepsis infection when their body parts degraded inside her.

Biden-Harris Govt Pays Out YOUR Money After Trying to Force Christians to Fund Trans Surgeries.

The Biden-Harris government has agreed to pay $210,000 in attorneys’ fees and other costs to resolve a lawsuit following an attempt to force Christian employers to violate their beliefs regarding funding or performing transgender surgeries. Filed in October 2021, the plaintiffs in Christian Employers Alliance v. U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission allege the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) misinterpreted and enforced Title VII discrimination rules in a way that compelled religious employers to pay for and offer health insurance coverage for transgender surgeries and procedures against their beliefs.

Additionally, the Christian Employers Alliance (CEA) lawsuit challenged the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) redefinition of “sex” in federal law to include gender identity, forcing religious healthcare providers receiving federal funds to perform or assist in these procedures.

Earlier this year, the federal court agreed with CEA’s arguments, determining that the EEOC and HHS mandates substantially burdened their religious beliefs with monetary penalties. The court issued a permanent injunction preventing these mandates from being enforced against CEA.

The Biden-Harris regime has been aggressive in pushing pro-transgenderism policies, pursuing legal action against opponents, including doctors who expose sex change operations on minors.

Earlier this year, Democrat officials changed Title IX regulations to mandate transgender pronouns in schools, with schools risking legal consequences for not using students’s “preferred pronouns.” However, a judge appointed by President Donald J. Trump pushed back against the changes in a Texas ruling, stating the regulations likely violate state-level protections for biological women.

Biden-Harris Released 13,000+ Convicted Killers Into the U.S.

The Biden-Harris government has released over 13,000 murderers, over 5,000 sexual assault convicts, and over 662,000 criminals overall into the United States. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) Deputy Director Patrick J. Lechleitner released the statistics, which Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX) published on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday, September 27.

According to the ICE report, 13,099 illegal alien convicted killers have been released into the United States, along with 15,811 criminals convicted of sexual assault, another 9,461 convicted of other sex offenders, 2,521 kidnappers, and 56,533 dangerous drug offenders, among others.

Lechleitner claims that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has “removed or returned more than 893,000 individuals” since mid-May last year. However, he also admits that a total of 662,566 illegals with criminal histories have illegally entered the United States and remain in the country. Of the total still in the U.S. illegally, just under 15,000 are currently being detained by ICE, while the remainder remain at large.

“As of July 21, 2024, there were 662,566 noncitizens with criminal histories on ICE’s national docket—13,099 criminally convicted MURDERS! Americans deserve to be SAFE in our own communities,” Rep. Gonzales said.

Under the border policies of the Biden-Harris regime, millions of illegals have flowed into the United States, including notorious gang members like those belonging to Venezuela’s Tren de Aragua. Many illegals have committed heinous crimes after entering the country, with several high-profile murders linked to illegals, including the killing of nursing student Laken Riley in February of this year.

In one notable case, the Biden-Harris regime released a Peruvian gang leader wanted in connection to 23 murders into the country earlier this year. Gianfranco Torres-Navarro, lead of the “Los Killers,” allegedly specializes in contract killings.

ICYMI: Biden Admits Delegating Both Domestic AND Foreign Policy to Kamala.

President Joe Biden is admitting to delegating much of his domestic and foreign policy to Vice President Kamala Harris amid ongoing concerns about the 81-year-old’s fitness for public office. The octogenarian Democrat praised Harris in an interview on The View earlier this week, stating that she was involved in all aspects of his decision-making.

“As vice president, there wasn’t a single thing that I did that she couldn’t do, and so I was able to delegate her responsibility on everything from foreign policy to domestic policy,” Biden said, seemingly acknowledging that Harris implemented much of his government’s deeply unpopular agenda.

The admission by Biden is a one-two punch for Democrats, further undermining public confidence in his ability to execute the duties of his office and tying Harris to his political legacy. Since replacing Biden as the Democratic Party’s 2024 presidential nominee in July, Harris has sought to distance herself from her boss. However, President Biden has repeatedly resisted Harris’s attempts to evade blame, telling reporters in August that Harris is “not going to” run away from his disastrous economic record.

In addition to the potential impacts on the presidential race, Biden’s televised comments are renewing concerns regarding his advanced age and cognitive decline. Fears over the 81-year-old Democrat’s mental state resulted in a widespread revolt among his political allies after a confused and impaired June debate performance. The Democratic Party rebellion resulted in Biden ending his re-election bid through a post on X (formerly Twitter) on July 21.

The National Pulse reported just days after Biden exited the 2024 race that nearly two-thirds of Americans believe his cognitive decline constitutes a national security threat. Harris is also facing scrutiny over allegations she and other White House officials have worked to hide Biden’s mental impairment from the American people.

Town Allocates $10M More to Combat Venezuelan Gang the Media Said Wasn’t A Problem.

Local leaders in Aurora, Colorado, are planning to increase the police budget by $10 million to combat the rise in international gang activity and retail crime after previously downplaying the impact of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua on the city. The total budget for law enforcement will reach nearly $165 million in 2025, with police currently understaffed and struggling to cope with rising levels of migrant crime.

Aurora has become a focus of media attention after a viral video in August showed armed gang members stalking through an apartment complex. Former President Donald J. Trump has highlighted the issues in Aurora as an example of rampant migrant crime under the Biden-Harris government. However, Colorado’s Democratic Governor Jared Polis has downplayed the issue, claiming conservatives are exaggerating the situation, and some Republican-in-name-only (RINO) officials in the city are joining Polis in minimizing the situation.

Meanwhile, federal authorities confirm Tren de Aragua was involved in the apartment complex situation, and the moves to increase the police budget clearly indicate that Aurora’s situation is getting worse.

Jessica Vaughan of the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) warns, “We have next to no vetting for the Venezuelans who are entering the country because we have no relationship with the government of Venezuela,” with “no way of knowing whether they were in prison in Venezuela.”

Nevertheless, Venezuelans are among the nationalities fast-tracked for entry into the United States by the Biden-Harris governments under its Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV) parole program.

NY Appeals Court Considers Overturning Judge Engoron’s Partisan Verdict.

Several of the judges on a New York appeals court are signaling their potential openness to altering the $454 million civil fraud judgment against President Donald J. Trump, which stems from litigation brought by the state’s Democrat Attorney General, Letitia James. Arguing before the five-judge panel on Thursday, Trump’s attorneys characterized far-left New York Judge Arthur Engoron’s February ruling as “draconian, unlawful, and unconstitutional.”

Judge Peter H. Moulton raised concerns about the scope and penalty of James’ lawsuit, describing the case’s immense penalty as “troubling.” The state appellate judge pressed James’s office as to whether the prosecution of Trump was the result of “mission creep” that “morphed [the law] into something that it was not meant to do.”

In addition to Moulton, Judge David Friedman noted the disparities between prior prosecutions in which corporations were prosecuted under New York law for causing harm to large numbers of individuals and James’s case against Trump. “It hardly seems that justifies bringing an action,” Judge Friedman said of James’s charges against Trump. Noting the stark difference with past cases of corporate harm, he added: “You don’t have anything like that here.”

Meanwhile, Judge John Higgitt signaled additional skepticism of the civil action against Trump, suggesting the court may need to establish “guardrails” to prevent the New York Attorney General from “going into an area that wasn’t intended for her jurisdiction.”

The appellate court, which typically rules a month after hearings, could decide on Trump’s appeal before the November presidential election. Trump’s legal team had requested a stay on the $454 million judgment, arguing it was an unprecedented demand for a private company and practically impossible to post. An appeals court reduced Trump’s bond payment in March, and he paid $175 million.

Hillary Clinton Wants You to Know She Still Hates You.

In her newly released book Something Lost, Something Gained: Reflections on Life, Love, and Liberty, Hillary Clinton revisits her controversial 2016 “basket of deplorables” smear against Donald Trump supporters. Clinton acknowledges that the phrase was “bad politics” but fundamentally accurate and, if anything, not harsh enough.

“I was talking about the people who are drawn to his racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, Islamophobia—you name it. The people for whom his bigotry is a feature, not a bug,” she writes. “It was an unfortunate choice of words and bad politics, but it also got at an important truth. Just look at everything that has happened in the years since, from Charlottesville to Jan. 6,” she argues.

“The masks have come off, and if anything, ‘deplorable’ is too kind a word for the hate and violent extremism we’ve seen from some Trump supporters.”

The “deplorables” comment quickly became a badge of honor among Trump supporters, who showcased it on T-shirts and hats.

Some senior Democrats have not learned the lessons from Clinton dismissing millions of Americans as “deplorables” and “irredeemable.” Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), still one of the party’s most influential politicians, recently said that 30 percent of Republicans will never vote Democrat because “they just have a different orientation toward women, people of color, LGBTQ, you know, they just are not ever going to be there.”

Pelosi also said “very, very rich people” would not support her party. However, research suggests America’s “elite one percent”—people living in urban centers with postgraduate degrees and household incomes over $150,000—lean overwhelmingly Democratic, while America’s hardest workers lean heavily towards Trump.
