Senators Warn Biden Against Gaza Refugee Intake.

A group of Senators has sent a letter to President Joe Biden warning him against authorizing Deferred Enforcement Departure (DED) for Palestinian refugees currently in the United States and designating the Palestinian territories for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). In the latter, Sens. Vance, Lee, Rubio, and Rick Scott contend given the “…ongoing armed conflict in the Gaza Strip, and  related domestic protests by foreign nationals from the region, Palestinian aliens should not be incentivized to travel to, or remain in, the United States.”

“We ask that you remember your oath to protect the lives of American citizens and not import a population of potentially radicalized individuals into the United States,” the senators cautioned President Biden, before adding “In our humble opinion we should be finding ways to reduce the number of terrorist sympathizers in America, not increase them.”

Pro-Hamas protests have broke out across the United States over the past several weeks, the demonstrators demanding the U.S. government intervene and prevent Israel’s ongoing military operation to destroy the Hamas terrorist organization in control of Gaza. In Minneapolis, Minnesota an elderly driver was attacked by an angry, pro-Hamas mob and was forced to flee.

Late last month, a pro-Hamas protest lead by Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) turned into an insurrection as protestors stormed the Cannon House Office Building next ot the U..S. Capitol and briefly took over the buildings rotunda. At least one Capitol Police officer was injured by protestors.

A massive protest on the evening of Wednesday, November 15th saw pro-Hamas demonstrators attempt to storm the DNC headquarters in Washington, D.C. Demonstration organizers claim over 90 protestors were injured in the ensuing battle with the police. The U.S. Capitol police say six of their officers were injured in what can only be described as a siege of the DNC offices.

NEW DETAILS: Leftist Editor Boasted of Duping Young Boys into Sex, ‘Spitroast’ Them For Hours.

Slade Sohmer, former editor of The Recount, bragged in private text messages about nearly tricking a 14-year old boy into having sex in a public restroom. Following his arrest, police found evidence that Sohmer posed online as a teenage girl, offering to meet and engage in sexual intercourse with underage boys. Sohmer even admitted to attending the meeting he had set up, claiming the teen boy was “horny” and “bulging” because he thought he was meeting a girl. Sohmer says he did not go through with his plan to rape the child, claiming “I chickened out.”

Sohmer, who was hired by The Circus’ John Heilemann to run his far-left ‘Recount’ website, also boasted about using social media app SnapChat to convince a 15-year old boy, and in a separate incident a 13-year old boy, into performing live sex acts for him using the video and photo app. In another instance, he fantasized with another individual about ‘spit-roasting’ (a type of sexual act involving three individuals) a teenage boy.

Writing about another young boy, Sohmer texted a friend: “I’d love to show up outside his school and force him into our car and take him to a hotel and just use him for 48 hours”.

The left-wing editor and journalist was arrested last week in Massachusetts on suspicion of downloading and disseminating child pornography. When police examined Sohmer’s personal computer they uncovered over 1,300 pornographic images and videos – many of which are believed to involve underage children. At least eight of the underage victims seen in the videos and photos have been identified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Iceland Deploys MASSIVE Bulldozer to Dig Magma Trenches In Preparation for Volcanic Eruption.

Iceland is deploying one of the largest bulldozers around – the $1.5M, 104-ton Caterpillar D11, in an attempt to disrupt potential lava flows by excavating three-mile-long trenches. This operation, underway amid fears of an eruption from the Fagradalsfjall volcano, is a precautionary measure to minimize the potential strain on infrastructure. Fagradalsfjall is located in the south west of the country, near the capital of Reykjavík.

The defensive trenches will be located near the Svartsengi geothermal power plant, which provides hot water to a heating system servicing approximately 20,000 residents on the Reykjanes Peninsula and another 25,000 in neighboring communities.

In addition, Grindavik, a town adjacent to the volcano, continues to experience severe subsidence as magma amasses a few hundred meters beneath the surface. This has resulted in substantial infrastructural damage, including ruptured roads and buildings. A substantial defensive wall is currently under construction to safeguard the Svartsengi power plant from potential lava flows.

The region has experienced continuous seismic activity with over 400 tremors recorded since yesterday. The Geological Survey also reports widening of a 2,000-year-old fissure. The eastern section of Grindavik is reportedly without power due to potential ruptures in power lines caused by the earth’s continued movement. Experts warn that the magma, presently just 500 meters below the surface, may lead to an imminent eruption. While some are hopeful the magma may cool down and solidify, the constant tremors indicate that significant activity continues beneath the surface.

TV Star Sues AstraZeneca After Stroke She Claims Was Caused By Vaccine.

Australian theatre actress and vaccination advocate Melle Stewart, known for her roles in productions including Mamma Mia! is suing pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca, claiming she suffered a severe stroke which renders her unable to work after receiving the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine.

The 42-year-old performer underwent seizures, lost her speech, and all movement on her right side two weeks later after receiving her first dose of the vaccine in May 2021. Stewart was diagnosed with Vaccine-Induced Thrombocytopenic Thrombosis (VITT), a rare blood-clotting condition recognized by both the manufacturer and regulators as a very rare side effect of the vaccine.

Stewart underwent several treatment procedures, including craniectomy – a three-hour operation to take out a part of her skull to alleviate brain pressure. Surgeons later substituted the removed skull portion with a titanium plate.

She was given £120,000 (A$230,000) by her government as an acknowledgment of the vaccine-induced damage but she, along with her husband, believed it to be insufficient to cover the significant earnings lost due to her inability to work and her husband’s need to be her full-time carer.

In response to Stewart’s legal action, an AstraZeneca spokesman stated: “Patient safety is our highest priority and regulatory authorities have clear and stringent standards to ensure the safe use of all medicines, including vaccines.”

Stewart is not alone in launching legal action against the pharmaceutical giant, with multiple other claimants suing the company for compensation, claiming the AstraZeneca vaccine is “defective” after suffering multiple injuries after getting the jab.

NY Appeals Judge Lifts Trump Gag Order on Engoron’s Far-Left Staff.

A New York appeals court judge has lifted a gag order that had previously restrained former president Donald Trump from commenting on court staffers involved in his civil fraud trial. The gag order, imposed last month by trial judge Arthur Engoron and accompanied by a fine of $15,000 for violation, followed after Trump criticized court staff for political bias in asocial media post. The decision to pause the gag order by Judge David Friedman of the state’s intermediate appeals court arrived amid concerns about infringements on Trump’s free speech rights.

Trump’s lawyers, responding to the aforementioned gag order, have filed a lawsuit against Engoron, accusing the trial judge of abuse of power. Following this action, an emergency hearing was set on Thursday afternoon by Judge Friedman in a state appellate courthouse, located several miles away from the ongoing trial.

The central issue at hand pertains to Trump’s claims of improper influence by law clerk Allison Greenfield in the trial. His defense team has frequently highlighted Greenfield during the trial, alleging the former Democratic judicial candidate has assumed an oversized role in the case against the ex-Republican president. Judge Engoron has defended Greenfield’s participation in the trial, responded with fining Trump for perceived violations, and further prohibited lawyers from commenting on “confidential communications” with his staff.

Joe Biden’s Special Counsel Clears Joe Biden of Mishandling Documents He Had No Authority to Even Have.

A year-long probe into the management of classified documents by President Joe Biden and his staff will likely not result in charges, according to two people close to the investigation.

Special Counsel Robert Hur, along with his team, have been investigating the discovery of classified documents from Biden’s Vice Presidential tenure at his former office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, DC, and at his home in Delaware. The Wall Street Journal initially noted that a criminal case was not anticipated, an analysis echoed by CNN.

Although not expected to result in legal action, Hur’s report is reportedly set to critique the handling of sensitive materials by Biden and his team, outlining their findings in significant detail. Despite being unable to give an exact completion date, insiders reveal that Hur’s team aims to finish their report by the end of the year.

The decision to forgo charges may court controversy from former President Donald Trump and his allies. They have frequently compared Hur’s investigation to that of special counsel Jack Smith’s earlier this year, which led to charges against Trump for his own handling of classified documents post-presidency.

U.S. City Effectively Bans Public Homosexuality.

In June, the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee adopted an anti-‘indecent behavior’ ordinance that effectively bans homosexuality along with indecent exposure, public indecency, lewd behavior, nudity or sexual conduct. The ordinance’s ban on homosexuality appears to have only become public after city officials began enforcing the statute to remove pornographic and lewd books from city libraries.

The Murfreesboro Municipal Code Section 21-72 defines “sexual conduct” as “…acts of masturbation, homosexuality, sexual intercourse, or physical contact with a person’s clothed or unclothed genitals, pubic area, buttocks or, if such person be a female, breast.” To remove books from city libraries, however, officials have used the Code’s definition of “harmful to minors” which includes:

(2) is patently offensive to prevailing standards in the adult community as a whole with respect to what is suitable material for minors; and, (3) the work, taken as a whole, lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.

In October, the American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit against the city on behalf of the Tennessee Equality Project (TEP), asking a federal court to declare the ordinance ‘unconstitutional’.  According to the ACLU “…the Murfreesboro mayor and city manager engaged in a yearlong, concerted anti-LGBTQ+ campaign to chill TEP and Murfreesboro residents’ protected speech and expression, culminating in the city establishing an official policy prohibiting the issuance of permits to TEP.”

In late October, Chief U.S. District Court Judge Waverly Crenshaw Jr. issued a temporary order blocking Murfreesboro city officials from enforcing the ordinance to ban the BoroPride Festival.

dark money

Leftist Dark Money Network Raised $1.3 Billion to Fund Progressive Activism in 2022.

The New Venture Fund, Sixteen Thirty Fund, Windward Fund, Hopewell Fund, and North Fund managed by Arabella Advisors raised $1.3 billion in anonymous donations last year, according to new tax filings.

The Arabella network has emerged as a major left-wing dark money conduit in recent years, with each fund able to hide its donors while acting as a sponsor for other left-wing nonprofits, thus avoiding the submission of revealing tax documents to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

“The North Fund is an advocacy nonprofit collaborating with community leaders and organizers to engage Americans in their democracy and fighting for equality across the country,” said one of the funds when quizzed on its activity. “We accomplish this through our fiscal sponsorship model, which allowed us to support a broad range of impactful partners in 2022,” it added.

On several occasions the funds wired substantial sums of money to each other, making it even harder to trace their activities.

“In 2022 alone, these groups spent $1.4 billion to push our country toward more extreme causes and candidates,” commented Americans for Public Trust director Caitlin Sutherland.

“As the 2024 election cycle ramps up, the American people deserve to know just how much influence the foreign-backed Arabella network has on our local, state, and federal elections.”

The network has been used by foreign billionaires to influence American politics, and has links to a lawfare campaign to ban Donald Trump from running for the presidency in 2024.

Pfizer

Pfizer & CCP Marketing Partner Is Top Investor in Govt-Backed ‘Fact Check’ Network.

NewsGuard, pitched to social media corporations by former Wall Street Journal publisher as a “vaccine against misinformation,” boasts French multinational advertising and public relations company Publicis Groupe as its biggest investor. Publicis represents a host of corporate and government clients including pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, whose coronavirus vaccine has been questioned by news outlets given a low rating by NewsGuard.

NewsGuard has a BrandGuard offering for advertisers, which strongly discourages the placement of adverts on websites it deems to be spreading “fake news” or other alleged disinformation and misinformation.

Critics note NewsGuard often appears to be selective in its choice of targets, however, with the likes of The New York Times being given a “perfect” rating despite its role in spreading false and partisan information from anonymous sources during the Russiagate hoax.

In addition to Pfizer, Publicis also represents ByteDance, owner of the TikTok app which many believe to be a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) tool for psychological warfare and propaganda.

WATCH: Bin Laden’s Letter to America Goes Viral on TikTok, With Gen Zers Apparently Approving Of It.

Thousands of videos are being shared on the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) TikTok app, showing young American users lauding Osama bin Laden’s infamous ‘Letter to America’, suggesting the al-Qaeda leader was right about the West, while encouraging others to read the screed.

As of the time of publication, TikTok videos with the hashtag #LetterToAmerica have been viewed well over seven million times, with most of the videos expressing surprise, feigned or otherwise, at how much they agree with the deceased terrorist, and urging people to read it.

In the letter, the Saudi-born sheikh laid out a number of grievances against the United States, including the way Jews allegedly “control [its] policies, media and economy” and the “Satanic American Invention” of the AIDS virus.

Bin Laden’s letter, published in full in the Editor’s Notes below, is an Islamic supremacist tract which intentionally muddles anti-colonial and non-interventionist sentiment with pro-Sharia invocations.

The Chinese app has driven so much interest in the letter that the Guardian website felt compelled to remove it 20 years after publication.
