Georgia Elections Board Moves to Enhance Vote Integrity with New Rule.

In a three-to-one decision, the Georgia State Election Board has amended state election rules to ensure the number of ballots cast is the number of ballots counted for each day of voting. According to the rule change, the poll manager and two witnesses—sworn in as poll officers—will remove the ballots from the scanner box and present the votes to three independent poll officers for a hand count.

Each poll officer will proceed to count through the ballots cast. Once each of the three officers concludes their count, they must sign a control document denoting their tally. If the numbers of each count do not match with each other and align with the voting machine count, then the poll manager is directed to immediately identify the source of the inconsistency and correct it if possible.

Consistent ballot counts and custody have been an ongoing concern in U.S. elections, especially in Georgia. The National Pulse reported in May that a bombshell investigation by the Georgia Secretary of State’s office found that Fulton County had implemented improper procedures during its 2020 presidential election recount. Even more concerning, Fulton County election officials could not account for thousands of ballot images from their initial scanning. Additionally, duplicate images of some ballot scans were discovered, implying that votes may have been counted multiple times.

The Georgia State Election Board responded by issuing a letter of reprimand to the county and assigning a monitor to supervise the upcoming 2024 presidential election. Fulton County’s representative, Jessica Corbitt, claims that no proof of fraud has been found, and that the county is focusing on upgrading its election procedures and infrastructure.

Yet Another State Is Sending Voter Registration Forms to Noncitizens.

Noncitizens living in California are receiving voter registration forms after renewing their driver’s licenses. In at least one instance, a noncitizen who checked the box on the Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) paperwork denoting that they are not a U.S. citizen still received a voter registration form in the mail.

At least 19 states and the District of Columbia allow noncitizens to obtain driver’s licenses through their state’s DMV. Meanwhile, the National Voter Registration Act requires state DMVs to provide an option for those obtaining or renewing a driver’s license to register to vote on the same form. If a noncitizen claims to have U.S. citizenship—by simply checking a box—they will likely be added to voter rolls unless those rolls are examined with extra scrutiny.

Like the other 18 states and Washington, D.C., California lacks additional laws requiring more stringent proof of citizenship for voter registration. This makes the likelihood of noncitizens illegally voting in state and federal elections a genuine concern.

While the U.S. government’s mandated transition to REAL ID should prevent noncitizens from being able to register to vote through their driver’s license application—as they cannot obtain a REAL ID under federal law—some states are already carving out loopholes. In May, The National Pulse reported that Illinois lawmakers are considering legislation that would still allow noncitizens to obtain a standard state-issued driver’s license—with applicants being automatically registered to vote unless they initially decline the option.

The National Pulse has previously reported that at least 37 noncitizens in North Carolina faced federal prosecution for illegally voting in U.S. elections. Additionally, an analysis of those cases suggests noncitizens are three times as likely to vote for Democrat candidates.

A Look At The Republican Platform: Border Security, The Economy, Immigration, Crypto, and Abortion.

The draft 2024 Republican Party platform was presented Monday to delegates on the convention‘s platform committee ahead of a final vote on adoption in Milwaukee next week. Entitled ‘America First: A Return to Common Sense,’ the document outlines several core elements of former President Donald J. Trump‘s agenda should he retake the White House in November’s presidential election. Border security, the deportation of illegal immigrants, ending the weaponization of the Department of Justice (DOJ), the protection of Social Security, fair trade, and election integrity are among the most prominent issues mentioned in the draft.

“Today we must once again call upon the same American Spirit that led us to prevail through every challenge of the past if we are going to lead our Nation to a brighter future,” the draft platform preamble reads. Striking Trump‘s trademark America First tone, it continues, laying out the former President’s “common sense” solutions to the border crisis, U.S. national security, inflation, and crime—among other issues.

AN AMERICA FIRST ECONOMY.

The draft platform offers a marked change from the globalist policies of the Republican Party of old. “Common Sense tells us clearly that if we don’t have Domestic Manufacturing with low Inflation, not only will our Economy—and even our Military Equipment and Supplies—be at the mercy of Foreign Nations, but our Towns, Communities, and People cannot thrive,” it states, adding: “Republican Party must return to its roots as the Party of Industry, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Workers.”

Addressing American energy, the draft document echoes Trump‘s calls to “unleash American Energy” as part of an effort to reduce inflation and ensure the nation’s energy independence.

Additionally, the platform’s pro-energy and pro-worker tone will likely help bolster Trump’s growing support among union households—a voter demographic the campaign sees as crucial to its victory in November. The National Pulse reported in June that Sean O’Brien, the president of the Teamsters Union, has accepted Trump‘s invitation to address the convention.

BORDER SECURITY.

Likewise, the draft document heavily focuses on border security and immigration. It reiterates former President Trump‘s words: “If we don’t have a Border, we don’t have a Country.” The platform states that the Trump White House will complete the border wall and enact enhanced screening of immigrants entering the United States through other avenues.

Notably, the platform reinforces Trump‘s call to tackle the unprecedented number of illegal immigrants who have entered the country under Joe Biden through sweeping deportations—supported by a majority of Americans. ” We will start by prioritizing the most dangerous criminals and working with local Police,” the document reads before continuing: “We must not allow Biden’s Migrant Invasion to alter our Country.”

CRYPTOCURRENCY.

A Republican platform first, the draft addresses emergent technologies like cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence. “Republicans will end Democrats’ unlawful and unAmerican Crypto crackdown and oppose the creation of a Central Bank Digital Currency,” the document states. It adds: “We will defend the right to mine Bitcoin, and ensure every American has the right to self-custody of their Digital Assets, and transact free from Government Surveillance and Control.”

Additionally, on the subject of artificial intelligence, the draft signals the intent for America to compete on the global stage—seeing the technology as a national security issue and not just an economic one. “We will repeal Joe Biden’s dangerous Executive Order that hinders AI Innovation, and imposes Radical Leftwing ideas on the development of this technology,” the platform reads, continuing: “In its place, Republicans support AI Development rooted in Free Speech and Human Flourishing.”

THE GOP IS STILL PRO-LIFE.

Lastly, while the platform did undergo some changes in the wake of the repeal of Roe v. Wade, the draft document reiterates the Republican commitment to the pro-life cause. “We proudly stand for families and Life,” the pro-life plank begins. “We believe that the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States guarantees that no person can be denied Life or Liberty without Due Process, and that the States are, therefore, free to pass Laws protecting those Rights.”

“We will oppose Late Term Abortion, while supporting mothers and policies that advance Prenatal Care, access to Birth Control, and IVF (fertility treatments),” the platform draft concludes.

DATA: Biden’s Debate Disaster Continues, Trump Now LEADS With Independents.

New election data shows independent voters breaking for former President Donald J. Trump after the 81-year-old incumbent Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance on June 27—and the subsequent calls by leading Democrats that he drop out of the 2024 presidential race. The polling by Emerson College shows Trump leading among independents with 42 percent of the vote, compared to Biden’s 38 percent. This is an inversion from last month when Biden led 43 percent to Trump’s 41 percent.

In addition, Biden‘s impaired debate performance appears to be dampening Democrat enthusiasm ahead of November’s election. Nearly 80 percent of Republican respondents said they were extremely motivated to vote. Meanwhile, just 65 percent of Democrats and 63 percent of independent voters said the same.

The Emerson poll is one of the most stark data points showing the impact that Biden‘s public display of cognitive impairment has had on his campaign. In the wake of the June 27 debate, several leading Democratic lawmakers have pushed for Biden to step aside, ostensibly making Kamala Harris the nominee. However, the data shows former President Trump handily defeating Harris with 49 percent of the vote to the Vice President’s 43 percent.

In fact, should the Democrats force Biden out of the race, none of his potential replacements fare as well as the octogenarian Democrat, who currently trails Trump by three points. Trump would defeat Hillary Clinton in a rematch 48 percent to 41 percent. Meanwhile, Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) only musters 40 percent to Trump’s 48 percent. Likewise, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer— floated among top Democrats as their preferred choice to replace Biden—would go down in defeat to Trump by a 10-point margin.

Dem Lawmakers Left In ‘Actual Tears’ as Anti-Biden Revolt Fizzles: ‘Sucks For Our Country.’

Democrat lawmakers on Capitol Hill are falling in line with their party’s 81-year-old presidential nominee, incumbent Joe Biden, despite continued concerns over his cognitive decline and ability to execute the duties of office. Following a high-stakes House Democrat caucus meeting early Tuesday, one of the lawmakers pushing for Biden to exit the race remarked: “Most of our caucus is still with him … meaning he’ll stay in. Which sucks for our country.”

Prior to the full House Democrats meeting, some lawmakers opposing Biden‘s nomination—and representing vulnerable districts—met to evaluate whether they had a path forward. “There were actual tears from people, and not for Biden,” one lawmaker said regarding the meeting. Despite the headwinds shifting against them, a small group of House Democrats appears resolute in their insistence that Biden should step aside.

After calls for Biden to exit the 2024 presidential race among leading Democrats began to build over the Fourth of July holiday weekend, Biden on Monday issued a letter to members of his party insisting he will not leave the race. “We had a Democratic nomination process, and the voters have spoken clearly and decisively,” The National Pulse reported a defiant Biden stating. He added: “I have nearly 3,900 delegates, making me the presumptive nominee of our party by a wide margin.”

Following the letter to skittish Democrats on Capitol Hill, one of the most prominent House lawmakers backed down from calls that the octogenarian should abandon his re-election campaign. “Whether or not I have concerns is besides the point. He is going to be our nominee, and we all have to support him,” Representative Jerry Nadler (D-NY) said following the Tuesday morning meeting.

Another of the Democrat plotters looking to replace Biden said: “They’ve outflanked us.”

Radio Station Boots Interviewer Who Used Questions Provided By Biden Team.

A Pennsylvania talk radio station has severed ties with host Andrea Lawful-Sanders following revelations that the Joe Biden campaign provided questions for his post-debate interview. Sara M. Lomax, President and CEO of WURD Radio, confirmed Lawful-Sanders’ departure, stating the interview was arranged independently without the station’s knowledge or consent.

Lawful-Sanders admitted to CNN that Biden’s team had supplied several questions. She selected four to pose during the interview, which aired on July 4. Despite Biden campaign spokeswoman Lauren Hitt claiming hosts were free to ask any questions they chose, the incident raised concerns over journalistic independence at WURD Radio.

Lomax announced a review of their policies in light of the incident and highlighted WURD’s status as the only black-owned and operated talk radio station in Pennsylvania.

The controversy stemmed from Biden‘s interview aimed at addressing concerns over his debate performance against Donald Trump. Biden’s team had facilitated similar interviews with other swing state radio stations, focusing on issues relevant to black voters.

The incident comes as Biden’s cognitive decline has become more and more of an issue to Democrats and their allies in the media as many call for Biden to step aside in the race.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre hung up on a radio interviewer in March being asked whether Biden showed signs of dementia.

Whoopi: ‘I Don’t Care If Biden Pooped His Pants, I Have Poopy Days All the Time.’

Hollywood liberal Whoopi Goldberg is digging in on her support for Joe Biden, despite ongoing public revelations regarding his cognitive decline and efforts to hide details regarding his health from the American people. During ABC‘s Monday airing of The View, Goldberg doubled down on the 81-year-old as her choice for the 2024 Democrat presidential nominee.

“I don’t care if [Biden] pooped his pants. I don’t care if he can’t put a sentence together. Show me he can’t do the job, and then I’ll say, okay, maybe it’s time to go,” Goldberg, whose actual name is Caryn Elaine Johnson, told her cohosts. At this point, however, the 68-year-old’s defense of Biden became a bit too personal: “I have poopy days all of the time. All the time. I step in so much poo you can’t even imagine.”

“Now, I’m not running the world, but I don’t know anybody who doesn’t step in stuff at some point,” Goldberg added.

Following the disastrous June 27 presidential debate against former President Donald J. Trump—where Biden appeared cognitively impaired and unable to respond to moderator questions—Democrat calls for Biden to step aside as the party’s nominee have intensified. Polling data increasingly shows Biden losing to Trump in an electoral landslide, and voters increasingly say the 81-year-old’s cognitive health is a top concern.

Democratic Party leaders, along with major donors, are pushing for a new nominee to take the reins of the party ahead of August’s Democratic National Convention. However, for Goldberg, that timeline is too early. “If he can’t do what he needs to do for the second debate, I’ll join any crew that says get rid of him,” she said.

The second presidential debate is set to be held on September 10, just 56 days before the election.

DATA: ANOTHER Democrat Internal Poll Shows Biden Losing by a Landslide.

New internal data from a Democrat campaign group promoting the party’s next generation of leaders shows Joe Biden losing the 2024 presidential election in an electoral landslide to former President Donald J. Trump. The poll, conducted by Emerson College on behalf of Democrats for the Next Generation, shows Trump sweeping all six key swing states in the aftermath of Biden’s cognitively impaired and disastrous debate performance in late June.

According to the data, Trump holds a five-point edge in Pennsylvania—with 48 percent to the 81-year-old incumbent’s 43 percent. Likewise, Trump holds a five-point edge in Georgia—at 47 percent to Biden‘s 42 percent. In Michigan, the race is much closer, with Trump at 45 percent and Biden at 44 percent. Trump maintains a healthy lead in Arizona with 46 percent to Biden’s 42 percent. In the critical state of Wisconsin, Trump beats Biden 47 percent to 44 percent. And in Nevada—a state long expected to flip into the Republican column—Trump leads with 47 percent to Biden’s 41 percent, a stunning six-point margin.

The National Pulse reported last week that a leaked internal campaign memo from pollster OpenLabs showed Trump defeating Biden in a landslide. According to the progressive pollster, Biden, who was already running behind Trump, now only holds slim leads in three of 14 states considered key to the 81-year-old Democrat’s re-election.

The OpenLabs and Democrats for the Next Generation data reflect a series of public polls showing Trump surging to a lead in the popular vote and the electoral college count. A Harvard/Harris poll from last week shows former President Trump leading 47 percent to Biden’s 41 percent nationally.

With “leaners” included, Trump clears 50 percent of the national vote.

Biden Lies, Says He Released All Records From His February Physical.

Joe Biden claimed during an interview on Monday with MSNBC‘s Morning Joe that he underwent a neurological physical in February and that those results were released to the public. “In terms of my neurological capacity, I had a physical, a neurological physical as well—in February—it’s released. I released all my records. All of them,” a defiant Biden told MSNBC hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, almost shouting his words.

Despite insisting that he underwent the neurological examination and that all of his records were released to the public, this is not the case. In February, the 81-year-old underwent a physical exam and some neurological tests. The detailed medical records were not made public, and the White House admitted that the octogenarian Democrat did not undergo a cognitive test.

Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Biden‘s long-time physician who also has business ties with James Biden, declared the Democrat “fit for duty” while claiming the 81-year-old incumbent had undergone an “extremely detailed” neurological examination. However, while giving a medical summary of Biden’s health at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Dr. O’Connor provided few details as to what—if any—actual tests were conducted on Biden’s brain function.

The National Pulse reported on Saturday that White House visitor logs reveal a multitude of meetings between Biden’s personal physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, and Dr. Kevin Cannard, a Parkinson’s and deep brain disorder specialist, since July 2023. Dr. O’Connor previously issued Biden a clean bill of health, ruling out Parkinson’s disease during an annual exam in February. The several clandestine meetings between O’Connor and Cannard raise questions about whether Biden’s February physical assessment was forthright regarding the 81-year-old Democrat’s health.

Biden Defiant: Sends Letter to Congressional Dems Saying He Won’t Leave Race.

Despite mounting pressure from donors and congressional Democrats to drop out of the 2024 presidential race, 81-year-old Democratic incumbent Joe Biden remains defiant. On Monday, a meeting between Biden and congressional Democrats led by Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) was abruptly canceled. Instead, Democrats on Capitol Hill received a lengthy letter from the 2024 nominee stating he will not leave the race.

“Now that you have returned from the July 4th recess, I want you to know that despite all the speculation in the press and elsewhere, I am firmly committed to staying in this race, to running this race to the end, and to beating Donald Trump,” the letter from the Biden White House reads. He continues: “We had a Democratic nomination process and the voters have spoken clearly and decisively. I received over 14 million votes, 87 [percent] of the votes cast across the entire nominating process. I have nearly 3,900 delegates, making me the presumptive nominee of our party by a wide margin.”

Biden’s letter strikes a domineering tone. In it, he reminds Congressional Democrats, donors, and television talking heads that he—and he alone—is the Democratic nominee and that they cannot force him from the race.

Democratic resistance to a second Biden run for the White House has grown in the week-and-a-half since his disastrous presidential debate against former President Donald J. Trump. Party leaders have pointed to Biden’s plummeting poll numbers and growing concern among voters regarding the 81-year-old Democrat’s physical and cognitive health.

Despite the significant setback to his campaign and attempts by his own party to get him to leave the race, Biden has repeatedly insisted over the last week that he will not leave and intends to see his campaign through to the election in November.
