Biden Distributed $500k to Dead People in Walz’s Minnesota.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the former Biden regime paid out more than $84 million in likely ineligible assistance to Minnesota, including payments to over 500 deceased tenants.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: HUD, led during this period by former Secretary Marcia Fudge, and the Biden regime.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Fiscal year 2024, with payments distributed across Minnesota and other states.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Biden’s HUD failed the people of Minnesota—paying dead people while vulnerable families were left behind,” said Secretary Scott Turner.

🎯IMPACT: Billions in taxpayer dollars flagged for potential fraud, with accusations of mismanagement under Democrat leadership.

IN FULL

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) improperly sent more than $84 million in rental assistance payments to Minnesota during former President Joe Biden’s final year in office, according to a recent audit. The findings raise new concerns about oversight failures as the state faces broader scrutiny over fraud in federally funded programs.

The audit revealed that $496,000 in HUD assistance was distributed to 509 tenants who had already passed away, while an additional $246,000 was paid to people whose Social Security numbers could not be verified, raising doubts about their eligibility. The payments were made through HUD’s Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) and Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) programs, which together distributed roughly $49 billion to more than four million households nationwide.

“Biden’s HUD failed the people of Minnesota—paying dead people while vulnerable families were left behind,” HUD Secretary Scott Turner said in response to the findings. Notably, Minnesota’s payments were part of a larger national problem. HUD is reviewing approximately $5.8 billion in rental assistance flagged as potentially improper across the country, including funds issued to about 30,000 deceased tenants and thousands of people whose citizenship status could not be confirmed.

Investigators found that 11 percent of the questionable funding went to more than 200,000 potentially ineligible recipients, with significant concentrations in New York, California, and Washington, D.C.

The audit comes as Minnesota, led by Democratic Governor Tim Walz, has faced mounting allegations of widespread fraud across multiple federal aid programs, often involving the Somali community. Federal prosecutors have brought numerous cases involving the misuse of pandemic-era relief and social services funds.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) recently halted loans to nearly 7,000 Minnesota borrowers after determining they were tied to suspected fraud involving Paycheck Protection Program and Economic Injury Disaster Loan funds. Federal investigators have estimated that Somali-linked fraud networks operating in Minnesota could ultimately account for losses exceeding $9 billion.

Walz recently announced he will not seek a third term as governor amid the ongoing controversy.

U.S. Weapons Abandoned by Biden Are Now the ‘Core’ of Taliban’s Military Machine: Report.

PULSE POINTS

âť“WHAT HAPPENED: The former Biden government left billions in military equipment in Afghanistan, now forming the “core” of the Taliban military.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The U.S. government, the Taliban, and the Special Inspector General for Afghan Reconstruction (SIGAR).

📍WHEN & WHERE: Following the U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “Despite nearly $90 billion in U.S. appropriations for security-sector assistance, Afghan security forces ultimately collapsed quickly without a sustained U.S. military presence.” – Acting SIGAR Gene Aloise

🎯IMPACT: Billions in U.S. taxpayer-funded military equipment are now in Taliban hands.

IN FULL

The office overseeing U.S. reconstruction efforts in Afghanistan has released a final forensic audit concluding that billions of dollars in American weaponry and military infrastructure, left behind after the 2021 U.S. withdrawal, now form the “core” of the Taliban’s military force.

The audit, by the Special Inspector General for Afghan Reconstruction (SIGAR), finds that U.S.-supplied weapons, vehicles, aircraft, and other equipment worth at least $7.1 billion ended up in Taliban hands. These were provided over two decades of war and reconstruction, spanning four U.S. administrations after the 2001 invasion triggered by the 9/11 attacks.

According to SIGAR, the U.S. had poured roughly $144.7 billion into Afghanistan between 2002 and mid-2021. Some of those funds went toward building roads, schools, and infrastructure. However, the bulk of this spending, nearly $90 billion, was devoted to security assistance: equipping and sustaining the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) with weapons, vehicles, training, pay, bases, and other support.

Between 2002 and 2021, the U.S. gave the ANDSF hundreds of thousands of weapons, tens of thousands of vehicles, and more than 160 aircraft. Pentagon records from late July 2021, about two weeks before the Taliban seized Kabul, showed the Afghan Air Force had 162 U.S.-supplied aircraft, 131 of them functional.

As U.S. forces withdrew in August 2021 amid a botched evacuation by then-President Joe Biden, the ANDSF collapsed almost immediately. SIGAR’s 2025 report points out that after two decades and massive investment, Afghan forces were never able to operate independently.

With the U.S. withdrawal, morale collapsed, bases were abandoned, and the Taliban easily absorbed the leftover arsenal. Any remaining equipment, facilities, or stockpiles evidently fell under Taliban control—a major bone of contention for President Donald J. Trump, who believes strongly that the equipment should have been evacuated.

Even after the Taliban takeover, the U.S. continued sending humanitarian and development assistance to Afghanistan, millions more dollars, some of which reportedly benefited the Taliban-controlled government.

In light of these findings, SIGAR will cease operations in January 2026, per the conditions of the 2025 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Trump Admin Reassessing Refugees Admitted by Biden.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Green card approvals for refugees admitted under the former Biden regime have been suspended, as per a government memo.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Refugees admitted between January 20, 2021, and February 20, 2025, the former Biden regime, and the Trump administration.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The memo impacts refugees admitted to the United States during Biden’s term, with reviews ongoing under the Trump administration.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “USCIS [U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services] is ready to uphold the law and ensure the refugee program is not abused.” – Joseph Edlow, director of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services

🎯IMPACT: The review raises uncertainty about the status of Biden-era refugees and highlights the shift in U.S. refugee policy under the Trump administration.

IN FULL

The Trump administration has suspended all green card approvals for refugees who entered the United States between January 20, 2021, and February 20, 2025, according to a report based on an internal government memo. The directive orders an immediate halt to processing permanent residency applications for refugees admitted during the former Biden regime. It extends to a review of refugees who have already received green cards.

The memo states that those found to have been improperly admitted “have no right to appeal” the determination, though anyone placed in removal proceedings may present their case before an immigration judge.

Joseph Edlow, director of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, said, “USCIS is ready to uphold the law and ensure the refugee program is not abused.” Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin stated: “For four straight years, the Biden administration accelerated refugee admissions from terror and gang-prone countries, prioritizing sheer numbers over rigorous vetting and strict adherence to legal requirements. This reckless approach undermined the integrity of our immigration system and jeopardized the safety and security of the American people. Corrective action is now being taken to ensure those who are present in the United States deserve to be here.”

The move is part of a broader crackdown on the issuance of green cards. In February 2025, President Donald J. Trump announced the termination of the EB-5 investor visa program, which he called a fraudulent “cheap way to buy a green card,” replacing it with a new $5 million “Trump Gold Card” that requires direct payment to the Treasury and job-creation commitments.

In July, the administration began revoking green cards from permanent residents with criminal records, including those supporting terrorist organizations, and intensified deportations at ports of entry. The following month, the House passed, and the Senate advanced the Protect Our Communities from DUIs Act, which would make any DUI conviction, past or present, grounds for deportation of non-citizens, including green card holders. The White House has endorsed the legislation.

FBI May Have Spied On 160 Republicans Under Biden, Trump Calls for Prison Terms.

PULSE POINTS

âť“WHAT HAPPENED: New revelations regarding the Joe Biden-era Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and its “Arctic Frost” operation indicate that as many as 160 Republicans were spied on.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Former FBI Director Christopher Wray, former special prosecutor Jack Smith, up to 160 Republicans, and multiple conservative activists and personalities.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The new revelations were made on October 28 by the House Judiciary Committee, with Trump responding this morning.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “These thugs should all be investigated and put in prison. A disgrace to humanity. Deranged Jack Smith is a criminal!!!” – President Donald J. Trump.

🎯IMPACT: The new information reveals the depths of the Biden regime’s use of the FBI to spy on political opponents.

IN FULL

A newly released internal document review by the House Judiciary Committee reveals that more than 160 Republicans may have been subjects of the Arctic Frost probe conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation under the Biden-Harris regime. The hundreds of pages of material suggest the investigation, initiated under then-Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Christopher Wray and later overseen by special prosecutor Jack Smith, was far broader than previously disclosed.

The documents show that “45 individuals” were potentially under investigation, including figures such as WarRoom host Stephen K. Bannon, Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA), former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former Department of Justice (DOJ) official Jeffrey Clark, Trump attorney John Eastman, and former Republican congressman Mark Meadows.

An additional 111 individuals were flagged, including Trump trade adviser Peter Navarro, senior adviser Dan Scavino, former DOJ official Jeff Rosen, and current DOJ official Ed Martin.

President Donald J. Trump reacted to the new revelations on Truth Social, saying, “These thugs should all be investigated and put in prison. A disgrace to humanity. Deranged Jack Smith is a criminal!!!”

The materials shed light on internal FBI terminology: agents used “threat tags” in their files, such as “FRAUD CORRUPT”, “CORRUPT”, “PCORRUPT”, and “PCORRUPT_CAMP”. They also reference a 2020 “Tactical Intelligence Report.”

Emails from May 2022 show regional FBI offices working under the Arctic Frost label. One region thanked field offices for “help in interviews in Arctic Frost,” while another asked for about $16,600 from the Public Corruption Unit “for travel … to conduct more than 40 interviews, serve subpoenas, and execute several cellular device search warrants.” A September 2022 subpoena list identified dozens of Republican-linked activists, public officials, electors, and government employees tied to the 2020 election’s aftermath.

New sources add that top officials personally approved the investigation: a memo released by Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) shows then-Attorney General Merrick Garland, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, and Wray signed off on opening Arctic Frost.

The probe reportedly involved tracking several GOP senators’ private communications and phone-call metadata. In one disclosure, the FBI confirmed that ten Republican lawmakers had their phone records analyzed for date/time/location of calls during the week of January 6, though not the content of the calls.

In a related development, the FBI has disbanded its CR-15 squad, a Washington Field Office public corruption unit linked to Arctic Frost, and fired agents involved, after revelations that the unit “tracked the communications of GOP Senators.” FBI Director Kash Patel said the bureau is “cleaning up a diseased temple … removing those who weaponized law enforcement for political purposes.”

Texas Murder Suspect Gained Entry to U.S. Through Biden-Era CBP One App.

PULSE POINTS

âť“WHAT HAPPENED: An illegal immigrant charged with the murder of Mary Gonzales entered the United States using the former Biden government’s CBP One app.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Javier Roman Hernandez, Mary Gonzales, Jesus Llamas-Yanez, Enrique Gomez-Urbina, and federal authorities.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Hernandez entered the U.S. in July 2023 via Hidalgo, Texas. Gonzales was found murdered on October 6, 2023, in Austin, Texas.

💬KEY QUOTE: “These alleged cold-blooded murderers should have never been in our country in the first place and Mary Gonzales should still be alive.” – DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin

🎯IMPACT: The case highlights the dangers of the former Biden government’s immigration policies and the use of the CBP One app.

IN FULL

An illegal immigrant accused of murdering a woman, identified as Mary Gonzales, reportedly entered the United States through the CBP One app during former President Joe Biden’s administration. Authorities say Javier Roman Hernandez crossed into the country in July 2023 through Hidalgo, Texas, using the app, which was designed to let migrants schedule appointments at ports of entry. Gonzales’s body was discovered on October 6, 2025, in a wooded area near a tire shop in Austin. Hernandez was arrested two days later and charged with her murder.

Hernandez is one of nearly a million migrants who entered the U.S. through the CBP One system, which critics have described as a loophole for inadmissible entrants. Two other men, Jesus Llamas-Yanez and Enrique Gomez-Urbina, were also charged in connection with the killing. Authorities say both were in the country illegally; Llamas-Yanez reportedly has prior convictions and is wanted in Mexico.

Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said the case highlights the risks of Biden’s immigration approach. “These alleged cold-blooded murderers should have never been in our country in the first place and Mary Gonzales should still be alive,” McLaughlin said. “One of these criminals came into our country using Biden’s disastrous CBP One app. Open border policies have deadly consequences. Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, these accused murderers will never be free on American streets to commit heinous crimes again.”

The former Biden regime launched the CBP One app in January 2023 to provide migrants with a legal way to schedule entry appointments. The program was heavily criticized, as it effectively legalized unlawful entry by granting parole to people who would otherwise be turned away. Reports later revealed that several migrants accused of terrorism or violent crimes, including three suspected Islamic State members and two alleged Tren de Aragua gang members, had entered the United States using the app.

When President Donald J. Trump returned to office in January 2025, his administration shut down CBP One, canceling thousands of pending appointments. In March 2025, it was rebranded as “CBP Home,” a tool that allows illegal migrants to voluntarily self-deport. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said at the time, “The CBP Home app gives aliens the option to leave now and self-deport, so they may still have the opportunity to return legally in the future. If they don’t, we will find them, we will deport them, and they will never return.”

TSA Confirms Biden Placed Mask Mandate Opponents, J6 Protesters on No-Fly List.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: The former Biden regime placed some Americans who resisted the COVID-19 mask mandate or were allegedly involved in the January 6, 2021, protests in Washington, D.C., on prolonged Transportation Security Administration (TSA) watchlists, including no-fly lists typically reserved for suspected terrorists.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The TSA, Biden regime officials, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, and people allegedly connected to mask mandate resistance or Capitol protests.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The initiative, “Operation Freedom to Breathe,” began in September 2021 and involved nationwide TSA watchlists, including no-fly lists.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “Biden’s TSA Administrator [David] Pekoske and his cronies abused their authority and weaponized the federal government against the very people they were charged with protecting.” – Kristi Noem

🎯IMPACT: Sources at TSA say this is the most expansive use of no-fly lists targeting U.S. citizens in history, raising alarms about government overreach and political targeting.

IN FULL

Internal documents reveal that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) placed Americans who resisted COVID-19 mask mandates or were allegedly involved in the January 6, 2021, Capitol protests on federal watchlists, including the no-fly list typically reserved for suspected terrorists.

The former Biden regime launched the ironically named “Operation Freedom to Breathe” in September 2021, targeting 19 people for defying federal mask requirements. More than half were placed on the no-fly list and barred from commercial air travel, despite not being charged with any crime.

Some remained on the list until the national mask mandate ended in April 2022. Internal concerns were raised by TSA intelligence officials and the agency’s Chief Privacy Officer, who warned that the actions appeared unrelated to transportation security and instead punished political expression. Emails revealed that TSA relied on academic databases and social media profiles, rather than intelligence from agencies like the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), to make listing decisions. Inaccurate information led to mistakes, including the wrongful inclusion of a National Guardsman and an air marshal’s wife.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem strongly criticized the Biden regime’s actions. “Biden’s TSA Administrator [David] Pekoske and his cronies abused their authority and weaponized the federal government against the very people they were charged with protecting,” she said. “President Trump promised to end the weaponization of government against the American people, and we are making good on that promise.”

Noem added that the case would be referred to the Department of Justice and Congress for investigation.

Around 280 people with alleged ties to the Capitol protests were also placed on TSA watchlists, with at least five added to the no-fly list. TSA sources reportedly described the operation as the most expansive use of federal travel restrictions against U.S. citizens in the agency’s history.

Separately, Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard has claimed she was placed on the TSA’s “Quiet Skies” watchlist, a surveillance program originally meant to track individuals deemed to pose elevated aviation risks. Gabbard believes the listing was political retaliation after she criticized former Vice President Kamala Harris.

In 2021, some Democrats also pushed legislation to restrict unvaccinated individuals from flying. Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-NY) introduced a bill requiring all domestic flight passengers to be fully vaccinated.

Trump DOJ Reaches Settlement with FBI Whistleblowers Targeted Under Biden.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Ten Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) whistleblowers will have their security clearances reinstated and receive back pay following a settlement addressing retaliation they faced for their political beliefs and disclosing misconduct.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The former Biden regime, FBI whistleblowers, Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), and the legal nonprofit Empower Oversight.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Settlement announced Tuesday; incidents occurred during the Biden government.

💬KEY QUOTE: “They were punished [because] of their disclosures/political beliefs. In other words, they were treated like skunks at a picnic. Now they receive justice.” – Sen. Grassley

🎯IMPACT: Whistleblowers will receive back pay, have their security clearances reinstated, and see justice for improper retaliation.

IN FULL

Ten Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) whistleblowers who faced retaliation after reporting misconduct under the former Biden regime will have their security clearances reinstated and receive back pay, according to a settlement announced August 26. Collectively, they endured 12 years of suspension time. The whistleblowers were represented by the legal nonprofit Empower Oversight, which said the agents were targeted for protected disclosures and, in some cases, their political beliefs.

Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), a longtime advocate for whistleblower protections, was closely involved in navigating the settlement and welcomed the outcome. “They were punished [because] of their disclosures/political beliefs. In other words, they were treated like skunks at a picnic. Now they receive justice,” Grassley wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

In a March 5 letter to the FBI’s general counsel, Empower Oversight detailed alleged retaliation, including demotions, revoked clearances, and loss of pay. The whistleblowers had objected to a range of actions inside the bureau, including the use of a SWAT team for a misdemeanor arrest, prosecutorial misconduct, and financial mismanagement.

Empower Oversight emphasized that the reprisals violated protections afforded to whistleblowers. “The actions taken against our clients were in reprisal for protected whistleblowing and/or improper targeting because of their political beliefs,” the group stated in its letter. Empower Oversight Founder Jason Foster and President Tristan Leavitt credited Grassley’s involvement in securing the resolution but warned that many similar cases remain unresolved.

“For each of these cases where whistleblowers finally received at least some measure of justice for the retaliation they faced just for telling the truth about wrongdoing, there are many more who still need a remedy,” they wrote.

The settlement is one of several recent cases in which federal employees faced political or administrative retaliation under former President Joe Biden and later received relief under President Donald J. Trump.

Transgender Illegal Charged with Child Rape Was Paroled into U.S. Under Biden.

PULSE POINTS

âť“WHAT HAPPENED: A biological male identifying as a “transgender” woman, who entered the U.S. illegally, is facing trial for the rape of a minor and stalking.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez, a Colombian national and illegal immigrant with a lengthy criminal record.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The suspect was paroled into the U.S. by the Biden government in March 2023 and is set to appear before the New York Supreme Court on September 10, 2025.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Thanks to the failed sanctuary policies and Biden’s open-border agenda, this serial criminal was freed to prey on innocent American children – but that ends now.” – DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin

🎯IMPACT: The case has reignited debate over sanctuary city policies, “transgender” criminal protections, and border enforcement under the Biden administration.

IN FULL

Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez, a Colombian transgender woman, is facing serious charges, including first-degree rape of a minor under 17 and stalking. According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Contreras-Suarez had previously entered the United States illegally in March 2023 but was released under protocols established during the former Biden regime, despite a notable criminal history.

After initially being apprehended at the San Ysidro Port of Entry in California, Contreras-Suarez was released into the country. Following this release, authorities say he was involved in several criminal incidents in Medford, Massachusetts, where charges were filed for armed robbery, prostitution, and assault with a deadly weapon.

Local sanctuary policies in both Massachusetts and New York reportedly prevented federal immigration authorities from detaining or deporting Contreras-Suarez, allowing him to remain free despite multiple charges. The National Pulse reported in July that Contreras-Suarez raped a 14-year-old boy in the bathroom of a bodega in East Harlem early this year.

It wasn’t until February 2025 that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) issued a detainer at Manhattan Central Booking, finally enabling federal officials to assume custody. Contreras-Suarez is now incarcerated at Rikers Island and is scheduled to appear before the New York Supreme Court on September 10, 2025.

DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin issued strong criticism of local and federal policies that allowed Contreras-Suarez to remain at large: “Thanks to the failed sanctuary policies and Biden’s open-border agenda, this serial criminal was freed to prey on innocent American children – but that ends now.”

The case has reignited debate around sanctuary city policies and border enforcement under the former Biden government. At one point under Biden, as many as 15 percent of the women in federal prisons were actually men claiming to be transgender.

The ‘D.C. Five’ Babies: Who Are They, and the Catholic Congressman Demanding Justice for Them?

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Rep. Riley Moore (R-WV) called for an investigation into the deaths of five babies whose remains were found at a D.C. abortion clinic in 2022.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Rep. Riley Moore, Attorney General Pam Bondi, the Biden-era Department of Justice (DOJ), and pro-life organizations like CatholicVote.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The babies’ remains were discovered in 2022 in Washington, D.C.; a renewed call for justice was made on June 23, 2025.

💬KEY QUOTE: “General Bondi, will you commit to working with me and this committee to conduct a full and fair investigation into the deaths of these children to ensure justice is served for the D.C. Five?” – Rep. Riley Moore.

🎯IMPACT: Renewed demands for accountability and justice for the D.C. five, highlighting the Biden-era DOJ’s controversial actions.

IN FULL

Rep. Riley Moore (R-WV) has called on Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate the deaths of the “D.C. Five,” five babies whose remains were recovered from a Washington, D.C., abortion clinic in 2022. The discovery raised allegations of infanticide and violations of the Partial-Birth Abortion Act and the Born-Alive Infant Protection Act.

The babies’ remains were found at a facility operated by Cesare Santangelo, a late-term abortionist. During a June 23, 2025, hearing, Moore accused the Biden regime’s Department of Justice (DOJ) of suppressing the case by ordering the destruction of the babies’ remains without proper autopsies. “Public reporting suggests that President Biden’s DOJ directed the D.C. chief medical examiner to destroy the remains of the children without performing an autopsy, which the CME appears not to have done yet,” Moore said.

The Catholic Congressman asked Bondi, “General Bondi, will you commit to working with me and this committee to conduct a full and fair investigation into the deaths of these children to ensure justice is served for the D.C. Five?” Bondi said that the case remains under investigation but declined to provide further details.

Pro-life organizations have also called for accountability. A May 27 letter to U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro urged a criminal investigation into the suspected infanticide. Tom McClusky, CatholicVote’s Director of Government Affairs, stated, “What happened in D.C. was atrocious; a group of pro-lifers exposed the illegal activities of a D.C. abortion facility, and the D.C. government instead protected the criminals and attacked the pro-lifers.”

The Biden-era DOJ was criticized for prosecuting pro-life activists under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, sentencing some to lengthy prison terms, while failing to investigate the deaths of the D.C. Five.

WATCH: Navarro Delivers Speech in Milwaukee After Heading Straight to RNC from Prison.

Peter Navarro, former top trade adviser to President Donald J. Trump, was released from federal prison on Wednesday after completing a four-month sentence for defying the corrupt January 6 Committee. Navarro, aged 75, headed directly to the Republican National Convention (RNC) in Milwaukee to support the former president.

News of Navarro’s release was shared on social media by his staff, who optimistically wrote, “The best is yet to come.”

At the convention, he delivered a speech saying the committee had demanded he “betray” Donald Trump and break the law, and Joe Biden’s “Department of Injustice” punished him for refusing to do so.

“They did not break me, and they will never break Donald Trump,” he declared.

In September, Navarro was found guilty of two counts of criminal contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a subpoena from the January 6 Committee. A leftist federal judge in Washington sentenced him to four months in prison and a $9,500 fine.

A three-judge appeals court panel in Washington rejected Navarro’s request to delay his sentence. Subsequently, he sought emergency relief from the Supreme Court, but Chief Justice John Roberts denied his initial request to remain free during his appeal. The full Supreme Court later declined a renewed effort by Navarro.

Navarro became the first former White House official to serve prison time following a contempt of Congress conviction.

Stephen K. Bannon, former White House chief strategist, is currently serving a four-month sentence in a federal prison in Connecticut for similarly defying the January 6 Committee.
