The Tennessee House of Representatives and Senate have approved a bill to prohibit geoengineering efforts to modify atmospheric conditions in order to fight ‘climate change.’
The bill addresses several current and speculative geoengineering technologies advocated by climate change advocates, including cloud seeding solar radiation modification.

Supporters of the bill have expressed their belief in — and opposition to — so-called “chemtrails,” which are believed by some to be efforts to manipulate the atmosphere.
“This will be my wife’s favorite bill of the year. She has worried about this, I bet, ten years. It’s been going on a long, long time,” said Republican State Sen. Frank Niceley last month. “If you look up — one day, it’ll be clear. The next day they will look like some angels have been playing tic-tac-toe. They’re everywhere. I’ve got pictures on my phone with X’s right over my house. For years they denied they were doing anything.”
Geoengineering is becoming a popular solution among alarmists to address climate change. Large-scale, government-supported
geoengineering projects are already occurring worldwide.
