Notably, Soros’s Open Society Foundations have financially supported groups involved in contentious protests and rallies, including one advocating for an accused MS-13 gang member.

Soros’s network has provided millions in funding to organizations such as CASA and Human Rights First, which have been involved in pro-illegal immigrant advocacy and lawsuits against Trump administration policies. Open Society Foundations also allegedly funneled significant funds to groups linked to anti-Israel protests, including those justifying Hamas’s October 7, 2023, terror attacks on Israel.

Soros’s foundations have reportedly funneled over $15 million to groups behind anti-Israel protests since 2016, including $13.7 million through the Tides Center.

Missouri lawmakers have approved a new congressional redistricting plan that could shift the state’s political arithmetic further in favor of Republicans. The newly drawn map would divide the Kansas City area in a way that makes Democratic Representative Emanuel Cleaver’s district more conservative-leaning. A video emerged showing Representative Ilhan Omar (D‑MN) and former MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan laughing as they criticized Kirk’s past statements immediately following his killing.

Meanwhile, MSNBC terminated political analyst Matthew Dowd after he appeared to suggest that Kirk had, through his political style and rhetoric, invited “hateful action” against himself. Dowd later apologized, stating he never intended to imply Kirk was to blame for his murder.

Others pointed to past statements by Kirk, including a November 2019 post on X: “I believe marriage is one man one woman. Also gay people should be welcome in the conservative movement. As Christians we are called to love everyone. I will always stand against people who wish to establish their own personal values as a reason to kick others out of the movement.”

Following the pushback, King, who infamously included a child orgy in a sewer in his novel It, deleted his post, writing, “I apologize for saying Charlie Kirk advocated stoning gays. What he actually demonstrated was how some people cherry-pick Biblical passages.”

During a House Judiciary Committee markup session, Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) dismissed Kayla Hamilton, a young woman murdered by an MS-13 illegal immigrant, as a “random dead person.” The comments came in response to a bill, the Kayla Hamilton Act, named in honor of the victim.

Kayla Hamilton, 20, was sexually assaulted and strangled to death by Walter Javier Martinez, a 17-year-old migrant who entered the U.S. under Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) status. Martinez was sentenced to 70 years in prison earlier this year.

Crockett criticized the naming of legislation after victims, complaining, “Stop just throwing a random dead person’s name on something for your own political expediency.” She further accused Republicans of exploiting killings by migrants for political purposes, claiming, “Y’all find one terrible situation that took place, and then you say that person’s name, and you wear it out, and you make it political.”

Congressman Russell Fry (R-SC), the sponsor of the Kayla Hamilton Act, condemned Crockett’s remarks, stating, “To dismiss her life so callously is not only disgusting rhetoric, it’s shameful behavior. Let me be clear: Kayla Hamilton was not just a random person. She was a young woman with a family and a future.” Fry called for a public apology from Crockett to Kayla’s family and other Americans affected by crimes committed by illegal immigrants.

The Kayla Hamilton Act would require the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to assess whether unaccompanied alien children pose a danger to themselves or their communities before being released. Kayla’s mother, Tammy Nobles, expressed support for the legislation, stating, “If that had happened in the case of Kayla’s murderer, authorities would have known he was an MS-13 gang member.”

Iran Offers Missiles to Qatar in Exchange for Expelling U.S. Troops.

Iran is urging Qatar to expel American military forces from Al Udeid Air Base—a regional command hub for U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM)—and instead allow Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to deploy missiles in the country. The move, ostensibly in response to Israel’s recent strike on the Qatari capital of Doha targeting leaders of the Hamas terrorist group, is unlikely to receive much serious consideration from Qatar’s government.

The Israeli strike on Tuesday killed a Qatari security officer and several Hamas members. Iran has accused the U.S. of complicity in the attack, putting Qatar in a precarious position. However, Iran also attacked Qatar earlier this year with missiles, after the United States bombed and destroyed several Iranian nuclear program facilities. Notably, the Iranian missiles were easily intercepted by U.S. air defenses in Qatar.

Mojtaba Zarei, an Iranian lawmaker, addressed Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani in a statement on X (formerly Twitter). “I propose that the U.S. Army, accomplice of Israel, be expelled from Qatar, and that the Revolutionary Guard aerospace force deploy Fattah hypersonic missiles on your soil to defend your sovereignty,” he wrote in Farsi. Zarei also suggested that the emir should request support from the Revolutionary Guard in Qatar.

Iran’s armed forces have accused the U.S. of backing Israel’s actions, with Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi stating, “The Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran will never hesitate to support our Qatari brothers.” However, U.S. President Donald J. Trump has clarified, “This was a decision made by Prime Minister Netanyahu; it was not a decision made by me,” and come out strongly against the attack.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has confirmed Israel’s sole responsibility for the operation.
