The U.S. military has killed four men in a strike on a vessel off the coast of Venezuela involved in drug trafficking tied to terrorist networks. The front of the coin features President Trump in profile, like other presidents appearing on U.S. currency. On the back of the coin is an engraving of Trump standing in front of an American flag, raising his fist into the air—a reference to him raising his fist after being shot in the ear by a would-be assassin during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Notably, U.S. law technically prohibits living presidents from appearing on the country’s currency. However, commemorative coins struck by the U.S. Mint are allowed to feature living presidents while also retaining their denominated value. These same rules—along with the concept of seigniorage, wherein the government can profit from the difference between a currency’s production cost and struck value—are behind the trillion-dollar platinum coin concept.

Once the government resumes full operations, further details about the coin’s release and final design are expected to be made public.

Laying out his deadline to accept the deal, he added: “RELEASES THE HOSTAGES, ALL OF THEM, INCLUDING THE BODIES OF THOSE THAT ARE DEAD, NOW! An Agreement must be reached with Hamas by Sunday Evening at SIX (6) P.M., Washington, D.C. time. Every Country has signed on! If this LAST CHANCE agreement is not reached, all HELL, like no one has ever seen before, will break out against Hamas.”

The proposal, unveiled by Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House on Monday, outlines a 20-point plan that includes an immediate ceasefire, the release of hostages, the disarmament of Hamas, Israeli forces withdrawing in favor of an International Stabilization Force, assurances that no one will be forced to leave Gaza, and the establishment of a Palestinian-led governing committee overseen by a “Board of Peace” including President Trump and former British Prime Minister Sir Tony Blair.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), under the leadership of Director Kash Patel, has officially ended its relationship with the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). Patel criticized the SPLC for straying from its civil rights mission, stating, “The SPLC long ago abandoned civil rights work & turned into a partisan smear machine.”

Patel particularly stressed the SPLC’s “hate map,” which lists the Turning Point USA (TPUSA) conservative youth organization founded by the late Charlie Kirk alongside the Ku Klux Klan, arguing that it “has been used to defame mainstream Americans and even inspired violence.”

“That disgraceful record makes them unfit for any FBI partnership,” he added.

Leading figures such as Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, Jack Posobiec, and former Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) frontman Elon Musk have long been lobbying for the FBI to cut ties with the SPLC, intensifying their efforts in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, allegedly by radical leftist Tyler Robinson, who explicitly cited the TPUSA chief’s supposed “hatred” as his motivation.

The FBI severing its links to the SPLC follows a similar cutting of ties with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), which also listed TPUSA in a glossary of “extremist” organizations—but defended the Antifa movement recently designated as a domestic terror threat by President Donald J. Trump as misunderstood and generally non-violent.

“[Former FBI Director] James Comey disgraced the FBI by writing ‘love letters’ to the ADL and embedding agents with an extreme group functioning like a terrorist organization and the disgraceful operation they ran spying on Americans,” Patel said of the ADL decision.

Christian street preacher Ollie Sabatelli was issued with a “Community Protection Notice” by police in Guildford, England, to prevent him from preaching in public using a speaker system. Officers alleged the “manner” of his preaching was causing “causing annoyance, upset, and distress,” which is unlawful in the United Kingdom.

Video of the incident shared to social media on October 2, 2025, shows an officer warning Sabatelli, “You need to listen to me, if you breach this, you can be arrested and you will be arrested.”

He accused the preacher of “causing annoyance, upset, and distress” to “the local community and businesses,” citing “the content you are choosing to preach… and the choice of words,” as well as his use of a loudspeaker.

Despite clearly indicating that his words as well as his volume were the issue, the officer backtracked when Sabatelli asked him if he was banned from preaching the word of God, saying it was only the “manner” of his preaching “using a loudspeaker” that was at issue. Sabatelli therefore continued preaching using only his voice.

Sabatelli, who has amassed a significant following, with 91,000 followers on Instagram and 184,000 on TikTok, was previously driven out of Brighton last month for preaching on topics such as homosexuality, which the Bible describes as a sin.
