The men were charged with the rape of a female under 16, the rape of a female aged 16 years or over, indecent assault, aiding and abetting the rape of a female under 16, aiding and abetting the rape of a female aged 16 or over, conspiring to rape a girl under the age of 16, conspiring to rape a woman aged 16 years or over, causing the prostitution of a woman, and causing the prostitution of a girl under 16. Despite the seriousness of the offenses, the defendants were granted bail.
